Hold Your Ground Lv. 1 - You can withstand an attack/special move without being knocked back or losing your momentum, able to launch your attack instantly afterwards - this gives a much smaller window to respond..

Hold Your Ground Lv. 2 - You can withstand enough damage to KO you one time without being knocked back or falling over. You will remain directly at 1 HP.

Hold Your Ground Lv. Max - This allows you to withstand 1 Limit Break without being knocked back so you can respond faster.

Tank Your Ground Lv. 1 - This allows you to RUSH through an attack/special move, even as you take the damage, so that you can rush your enemy and launch your attack/special move. This gives them no room to respond [Instant Counter]

Tank Your Ground Lv. 2 [2] - This allows you to RUSH forward while taking damage. You can withstand a KO blow without being knocked out. You will remain directly at 1 HP. This allows you to rush your enemy and launch your attack/special move. This gives them no room to respond [Instant Counter]

Tank Your Ground Lv. Max [2] - This allows you to RUSH forward while taking damage. You can withstand 1 Limit Break worth of damage while moving forward to attack and launch your attack/special move. This gives them no room to respond [Instant Counter]

Absorb Damage On Your Ground Lv. 1 - You can absorb one 3 HP attack.

Absorb Damage On Your Ground Lv. 2 [2] - You can absorb one 6 HP attack.

Absorb Damage On Your Ground Lv. 3 [2] - You can absorb one 9 HP attack.

Absorb Damage On Your Ground Lv. Max [3] - You can absorb one Limit Break. (This unlocks the Damage Limit Break)

Moderate Weapons [5] - This lets you take moderate weapons, skipping Low-Moderate
