You can buy them with Strength Stats, Willpower Stats, and Mod Points. Which ones can be bought with which will be shown.

Strength Upgrade Lv. 1 [3] - This upgrades your Strength Stat from 7 to 8 (only if it is 7)

Strength Upgrade Lv. Max [3] - This upgrades your Strength Stat from 8 to 9 (only if it is 7)

Bought with Willpower Stats and Mod Points:

Willpower Upgrade Lv. 1 [3] - This upgrades your Willpower Stat from 7 to 8 (only if it is 7)

Willpower Upgrade Lv. Max [3] - This upgrades your Willpower Stat from 8 to 9 (only if it is 7)

Bought with Strength Stats and Mod Points:

Conan the Fighter Lv. 1 [3] - This makes any melee weapons you have do double damage with normal attacks. All the time. [Double Damage Normal Attacks Permenant]

Conan the Fighter Lv. 2 [2] - This allow you to better fight one on one, making it so your Counters count as 1 when you are fighting One on One with a Melee Weapon against other Melee Weapons. [Double Counter Point in Melee Combat.]

Conan the Fighter Lv. Max - This allows you to break through someone's defenses and get your attack/special move in before they get their's in one time if they use a sword.

Bought with Strength Stats and Mod Points:

Holy Strike Lv. 1 - The Paladin can use their Spirits to damage enemies with damage and spiritual power. [4 HP damage, Spiritual Damage]

Holy Strike Lv. 2 - The Paladin is able to use their sword to disarm people, then strike more easily, going for one two combos. This allows you to hit a weapon then follow up with an attack/special move right afterward so they cannot use their counters easily.

Holy Strike Lv. Max - This move can be used to hit an enemy with a one two normal attack [4 HP damage, Stun Lock]

Shield Bash Lv. 1 - If the Paladin has a shield, or even doesn't, they can form a shield with Spiritual energy, this allows them to slam it into attacks and disperse it quickly so they can move on quickly and attack with no delay. [Nulls Normal Attacks]

Shield Bash Lv. 2 - The Paladin can use their shield as a weapon with this mod. [Permenant, does normal attack damage]

Shield Bash Lv. 3 [2] - The Paladin can null an attack/special move with their shield and then follow up immediately with their own afterwards. [Null Attack/Special Move, Counter Attack]

(need to have taken Conan the Fighter Lv. Max and have Strength at 9)

Melee Master Lv. 1 - This grants bonuses to melee weapons, giving you an advantage against other melee users. Your Attack Points/Counter Points are more potent in melee combat. [Permenant]

Melee Master Lv. 2 [2] - Even in group combat with three on one, you will have an advantage so that they need to use 2 Counters to your 1. This lasts 15 Turns. [15 Turns+]

Melee Master Lv. Max - This allows you to spin slash an enemy that you have caught unaware and instant slash through their armor to damage them directly. Unlocks the Paladin Slash Limit Breaker. [6 HP damage.]

Holy Shield Lv. 1 - The Paladin uses a shield of magik to protect themselves in combat, taking damage for them. +2 durability

Holy Shield Lv. 2 - The Paladin uses a shield of magik to protect themselves in combat, taking damage for them. +3 durability

Holy Shield Lv. 3 [2] - The Paladin uses a shield of magik to protect the party in combat, taking damage for them. +2 durability

Holy Shield Lv. 4 [2] - The Paladin uses a shield of magik to protect the party in combat, taking damage for them. +3 durability

Holy Shield Lv. Max [2] - The Paladin summons a powerful shield that can absorb all damage for the party for 10 Turns. Unlocks the Holy Shield Limit Break.
[No Party Damage, 10 Turns+, 2 Turns- Casting Time]

Warrior's Blessing Lv. 1 - The Paladin is blessed and receives a strength boost. +3 Strength Boost for 5 Turns. [+3 Strength Stat for 5 Turns+]

Warrior's Blessing Lv. 2 [2] - The Paladin is blessed and receives a boost in 5 stats of their choosing by 3 points for 10 turns. [5 Stats Increase By 3 for 10 Turns+, 3 Turns- Casting Time]

Warrior's Blessing Lv. 3 [2] - The Paladin can boost the strength of another by 5 for 10 turns [+5 Strength Stat Teammate, 10 Turns+, 1 Turn- Casting Time]

Warrior's Blessing Lv. Max - The Paladin can unlock his Limit Break immediately.

Warrior's Faith Lv. 1 - The Paladin heals himself for 3 HP. (3 HP)

Warrior's Faith Lv. 2 [2]- The Paladin heals himself for 6 HP. (6 HP)

Warrior's Faith Lv. Max [2] - The Paladin heals himself for 9 HP. (9 HP)

Warrior's Healing Lv. 1 [2] - The Paladin restores the party through his purity. [3 HP Party Restore, 1 Turn- Casting]

Warrior's Healing Lv. 2 [3] - The Paladin restores the party through his purity. [6 HP Party Restore, 2 Turns- Casting]

Warrior's Healing Lv. 3 [3] - The Paladin restores the party through his purity. [9 HP Party Restore, 2 Turns- Casting]

Warrior's Healing Lv. Max - The Paladin can revive one fallen person by giving him half his health. Unlocks Warrior's Purity Limit Breaker.
