Background: Reese Sullivan was the second born child of Peter and Vodka Sullivan. Growing up under his father's shadow and his mother's love, Reese strove to be something that his parents could be proud of. Finding he had gained a dragoon ability similar to his older sister, he could fire any weapon he held and hit his target without issues. He focused on his talent and as soon as he could enter the military through the Young Soldiers program his father started for the Zodiac Club when he was too young to remember, he pushed himself to excell.

It was through his efforts that he made Special Ops, refusing to allow his father any influence. Reese has always exhibited a quiet but strong need to prove himself and those around him capable of standing on their own two legs.
