<Kemonohime> * Fiona clacks away on one of the terminals, checking wavelength spectrums across light, mass, gravitic pull and electric charge.

<DeathStar> 6* Thara wouldn't feel anything or sense anything other than a mild prickling sensation on her arm. As Myria and Fiona work, they detect something is out there, the computer bringing up readings of gravitic pulls that are mild right now, and a light tear in reality

<Kemonohime> <Fiona> It's more like a swelling than a tear.
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> How do we get the ships out if it's not open. Correct that, how do we get them out if it is open.
<Seraphna> * Tabetha peers over the sensors to see.
<Kemonohime> <Fiona> Or... I guess you could think of it like a geyser and right now it's receded until it builds up again...?
<DeathStar> 6* Lorelei turns to the others
<Seraphna> Tabetha> "It seems like it's there, just much lower in severity at the moment?"
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> *she brings up the ship footage from last time*
<Seraphna> * Tabetha nods to Fiona. "Which means it may well burst again soon."
<Jackieness> <Myria> "Either a tear is about to form... or it already formed but clsoed again."
<Kemonohime> <Fiona> It's kind of old-fashioned b-but um.. wh-what about morse code?
<DeathStar> 6* She sits in her chair. "Let's ignore the tear for a moment, since we don't want to try to force it open. Let's observe it. Last time the tear was open, we saw the ships calling for help, but their transmission was so slow we barely were able to hear it."
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> Second, the forces almost pulled us in and tore us apart
<Kemonohime> <Fiona> Following the theory of it being like a geyser, we don't necessarily need to pull them out, we need them to enter the geyser to be pushed out-- we can use vibrations to send a message in morse code telling them to do so. If we entered against the 'current' we might risk just um.. well...

<Jackieness> <Myria> "Huh... we could use a microwave beam to... you know... beam them a message."
<Kemonohime> <Fiona> W-Well it's not open right now..?

<Kemonohime> <Fiona> I don't know, we can't see anything!" She puffs her cheeks and crosses her arms.

<Seraphna> Tabetha> "It's also possible they don't know there's another side to the tear."
<Jackieness> <Myria> "Or! Use said beam to reflect images from the other side back to us!"
<Jackieness> <Myria> "Like ancient radar!"
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> We could try beaming them a message - if a message came through on their end, nothing says we can't do the same. But we might need to wait for it to open more.
<DeathStar> 6* Lorelei muses, peering at the readings of how the tear storms
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> Could we build something to buffer this? The readings we took last time are right here
<Seraphna> * Tabetha nods. "And by their message speed, time probably moves differently on their side."
<Seraphna> Tabetha> "So we might want to pace our message accordingly."
<Kemonohime> <Fiona> Is it folded space?
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> I mean we have hyperspace beings after all
<Jackieness> <Myria> "Tabetha, build the dimensional transmitter while I build the receiver!"
<DeathStar> 6* Eve glances at the readings. "It seems to be pure energy, with a mix of the reality energy that was used 20 years ago."
<DeathStar> 6* Lorelei leans further back, rubbing her chin, probably thinking back to her childhood
<Seraphna> * Tabetha nods. "I'll get building."
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> Probably we need a unique shield frequency then

<Seraphna> Tabetha> "I've only ever done that once and it was to the Candy Land reality."

<DeathStar> 6* Vesta sets some guy's penis on fire after he tries to do something to her, sending him running. No one pays attention to her. She is dressed in her typical outfit, leaning back and doing her nails

<DeathStar> 6* Larry talks to a few guys that enter, slipping them notes and they walk out, giving the girls looks as if asking why they are there

<Sara> * Kaori signals the others subtly not to get stiff (since a loose, casual attitude is needed here to be convincing)
<DeathStar> 6* A scarred man walks in, glancing around shiftily, moving to the jukebox. The team's earpieces beep and the bases' computers read that he is one of Weapon XIII's ex-mercs that was on the previous mission, the scars no doubt from the battle
<DeathStar> 6* Larry prepares the drinks, setting them down with a thud. The scarred man puts in a dollar, putting on relaxing music, moving into the back room
<GhostChain> 6*Hess casts a side glance at the man and scoots to the side, pushing out her rear as if to attempt to entice
<DeathStar> 6* Barely giving Hess a glance

<Kemonohime> * Megumi sits quietly near Josephine, having stuck with the researcher-like get up to look 'professional' accompaniment to her.
<Seraphna> * Reese looks to Josephine as it becomes apparent there's a meeting in the back.
<GhostChain> 6*Hess moves to exit from the front of the building only to attempt a ripple close to the back if possible
<Jackieness> <Josephine> *empties her glass and sets it down, a folded tip under her empty glass*
<DeathStar> 6* Vesta makes an inner monolgue to her sister through their sibling link while looking bad ass. She watches the people go, glowering at them. Larry keeps his eyes on Megumi, clearly wondering what is up with her
<DeathStar> 6* Hess would enter a room full of boxes, that looks like a dead end; the only sign of anything is a scrape mark on the floor beside an unusually straight set of boxes
<kalonZombie> 6*Ash talks quietly into his mouthpiece, letting Hess know if she needs him there he can be there in an instant

<DeathStar> 6* The bartender takes it. "And what type of job are you looking for."
<DeathStar> 6* He keeps wiping his glass
<Sara> * Kaori eyes them
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "I noticed the foot traffic coming in. How about the pow wow in the back?"

<Kemonohime> * Megumi smiles gently at the barkeep since he keeps staring. "Mm, I'm starting to feel like I'm underdressed, or perhaps over."

<Sara> * Kaori grunts in response but seems to sniff at it; acting rugged
<DeathStar> <Larry> A little money grab.

<Jackieness> <Josephine> "They hiring?"
<DeathStar> 6* They seem to be discussing a bank robbery. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with Weapon XIII; other than the scarred man knowing about her. He seems to know what she was doing and wanted nothing to do with it and is going about his own crime.

<DeathStar> 6* Larry moves from behind the counter and moves for the stairs
<GhostChain> 6*Hess makes a face, fine, she has to get close to him, she tries to ripple and take at least his wallet to prove her worth
<Jackieness> <Josephine> *glances back at the team and then nods toward the stairs where LArry is going up*
<DeathStar> 6* The scarred man pauses as Hess appears behind him, lifting his wallet
<DeathStar> 6* He begins to glance back
<DeathStar> 6* Larry leads her down to the basement

<DeathStar> 6* Hess hears the boxes moving, which means she is about to be seen on the stairs behind them. She'd see in his wallet his ID, 200 credits, a ticket stub from Mega City, a hotel in it, and a museum pass in it
<Kemonohime> <Necia> <What's wrong with asking the would-be bank robber about the crazy woman, like, what kind of pay she gives for her 'craziness.'>
<GhostChain> 6*Hess reels and decides now or never as she moves out and chucks the wallet back at the scarred man

<DeathStar> <Darien> Nothing. Just a bit of nostalgia.
<DeathStar> 6* He puts his datapad in his coat pocket, despite the summer heat and moves for the spare shuttle
<Seraphna> Angela> "Mmm." *she says in that 'You always say Nothing when it's actually a big Something' tone*

<DeathStar> <Scarred Man> Alright, you will do your magic and get in the bank, getting the only the diamonds and the bills without the trackers like we went through in the drills. None of the bills with the paint spray or the trackers

<DeathStar> 6* She would know there are lasers in the vault and their layout, but other than that, there are no triggers except on the areas he told her not to touch
<Kemonohime> * Megumi sits with Josephine, casually sucking on her lolipop, having given Hess a hand scanner that reveals painted/microchipped items.

<GhostChain> 6*Hess makes a face as she forms a ripple under the case with the diamonds to drop into the van
<DeathStar> 6* A lowly security guard begins to approach the van, his suspicion meter raised. The driver raises his weapon slightly
