<Seraphna> Reese> "I've been trying. I don't think anything short of a Dragoon bond will get through a lock down unless they've opened a channel."

<Seraphna> Reese> "Weapons. We need to transmit a friendly signal."
<Seraphna> * Reese tries to do that, if Cassandra helps with her codes.

<Xanatos> <Marcus> Going on foot just means those guns targeting our squishy bodies.

<Jackieness> <Cassandra> "How many cna you teleport, Ash? Can you get us to the hatch proper?"

<kalonZombie> <Ash> I can teleport as many people as can grab me, and if I can't get us to the hatch something is terribly wrong
* ChadWinters` stands up and moves to head out, adjusting his belt.
<Seraphna> * Reese grabs his rifle and face mask. An'Mi sighs a bit and takes a seat to watch the base.
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> "Get Hess and Kaori up here."
<Sathen> *Orihime tussles her hair and looks to Cass and Chad, waiting for direction*
<Seraphna> * An'Mi nods and soon returns dragging Hess and Kaori.
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus mumbles to himself and stands up, rotating his left shoulder a bit.
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> "We'll use Ash to teleport us to the mansion hatch. Once there, HEss or Kaori cna use her codes to get us inside."

<Chaintan> 6*Hess blinks as she's dragged

<DeathStar> *Em leans on spear, eyeing the base oddly. As Hess enters the codes into the computer, CHIPIETTE sends them over to the base's computer*

<DeathStar> 6* Eve checks to see if they will respond to CHIPIETTE
<DeathStar> <Eve> It seems to be in lock down mode. For some reason the computer is still ignoring us.

<Xanatos> <Marcus> Alright so we're going to go teleport down, get shot at by guns, break into a base on lockdown and probably fight internal security systems as well?

<ChadWinters`> More, were going to teleport to the entrance.

<DeathStar> <Em> Give me the door codes, Hess, and I'll speed out there, enter them rapidly, and speed back before the guns lock on

<Seraphna> * Reese frowns, knowing she's sick. "Hale should lend you stamina to be safe."

<Chaintan> 6*she huffs handing them over again
<DeathStar> <Em> Apparantly they have to be entered by hand

<Chaintan> 6*Hess mutters as she punches it in
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus arches a brow at Hess, then glances to Chad.

<DeathStar> 6* Em moves to the Mobile Base ramp
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> *nods* "Be alert."
<DeathStar> <Em> I will be fine. *she puts her spear on her shoulders, gets into a sprinter like form, eyeing the mansion's yard*

<Sathen> *Orihime makes a face as she waits* Why does this feel like its going to go horribly wrong somehow?
<Xanatos> <Marcus> I wish I could run fast. 6* He hmphs.
<ChadWinters`> Marcus, be prepared to shoot the turrets if things go south
<Xanatos> <Marcus> Good point.
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus plops back down in his seat and powers up the weapons, just in case.
<DeathStar> 6* Em then speeds off in a blur, passing all the guns. A moment or two later, the guns begin to turn and track the blur. Em stops at the hatch in the ruins of the mansion and speed types, the guns aiming at her, all 10
<DeathStar> 6* They begin to power up as she finishes, the hatch opening
<Sathen> *Orihime watches intently, the air around her getting a slight bit warmer*
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus make sure she's clear.
<Xanatos> (Meaning down in the hatch or back to the ship)
<DeathStar> 6* Em turns, and begins to speed back but suddenly her power falters, even as the guns fire at her. Jerking, she stumbles, eyeing ten blasts fire at her. She turns and lets herself fall into the base
<Xanatos> <Marcus> Holy shit.
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> "...she's in... Ash, get us in there now!"
<Seraphna> Reese> "Whew... okay. Now we need to get past those too." *he grabs up a few chaff grenades*
<DeathStar> <Eve> At least she is in.
<kalonZombie> <Ash> Grab on everyone!
<kalonZombie> 6*Hale grabs Ash
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> *moves to grab on to Ash*
<Sathen> *Orihime creates a small fire ball in one hand while she reaches and grabs onto Ash*
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus powers down the weapons and stands up to move over and put a hand on Ash's shoulder.
* ChadWinters` unholsters one of his guns, putting a hand on Ash
<Kemonohime> * Fiona reluctantly clutches a piece of Ash's clothing
<Chaintan> 6*Hess grabs
<Seraphna> * Reese grabs on. As does Tabetha.

<Chaintan> 6*Hess nabs Kaori as well
<kalonZombie> 6*Once everyone has a hold, Ash teleports them
<DeathStar> 6* As the group reaches the hatch, the elevator at the bottom, where Eve lays awkwardly, the guns begin to turn. Though a few seem to be trying to track something invisible

* ChadWinters` moves in quickly

<Xanatos> 6* Marcus leaps in.
<Seraphna> * Reese hurls a chaff grenade out at them and leaps in, Tabetha leaps in and peers over Eve.

<DeathStar> <Eve> Ow. *She coughs and sits up*

<Kemonohime> * Reno nods to Cassandra, cracking his neck as Fiona drops down and sighs.

<Seraphna> * Michelle moves along, Angelos having diverted back to the hotel on the way when they learned what happened with X and the Weapons to make sure everyone was okay.
<kalonZombie> 6*Ethan walks with them, regrowing his arm slowly but steadily, fingers, etc, you saw earlier
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> *sets Umi down and approaches Stacey* Vice President. *Stacey turns back.* I--- *she jerks at Ethan being with their team, having left him to watch the sick ones*

<Seraphna> * Jennifer is probably using stimulants to keep working even while injured. But Sammael has joined her to lend her power and strngth.
<DeathStar> <Ben> Thankfully, the damage to the base is minimal. We are checking but we're not sure how many of us might have been infected. With Myria's cure, if we are we won't spread it to anyone else. Also we can now innoculate, so the virus is now dead as far as spreading. Likely we even stopped X, Dias, and Wyrd from spreading since Myria got into the atmosphere
* ChadWinters` rubs his temple as he looks at everyone, a slighty tired look on his face
<DeathStar> <Ben> Also, Vodka is recovering in the medical bay. Lev did a number on her
<ChadWinters`> That'll buy us some time for now.

<DeathStar> <Ben> Taiga is also busy destroying the nanites in case they can alter the virus
