<DeathStar> 6* Lenneth frowns in her seat, eyeing complaints from several senators that power in the Ambassador/Government Wing had to be shut down for several hours as the batteries were rotated to deal with a crisis in another area. Many threatening to boycott the PAX as the central base of the Suisen Government and petition in the Senate to move elsewhere

<Xanatos`> 6* Xanatos stands nearby, leaned against the wall with his arms crossed, peering at the floor.
<Seraphna> Jaime> "So all these years and they still make the same threats they'd never actually follow up on?"
<Xanatos`> <Xanatos> They're not wrong, power is pretty vital up here.
<DeathStar> <Lenneth> The complaints have been stacking up lately since the incident. I may be Empress, but if enough Senators tried to move the power base to another planet in the Suisen Empire, I am not sure I could stop it. I would have to look over the original drafts Mother made up.

<DeathStar> <Ao> Core One does not have enough power is the problem. It was damaged. We're using a battery to try to power it. When it was hit decades ago, Drasek volunteered to go inside it. We need to find a suitable hyperspace source. Hm

<Xanatos`> 6* Xanatos winks at Lenneth and puts an arm around Erevis to walk out with her and toward Engineering.

<DeathStar> 6* Erevis calmly walks along from the Bridge to 1-A, where Iko is rolling around the grass
<Seraphna> Leyaeh> "Long as he isn't in a shuttle."

<DeathStar> 6* Erevis gives Xan a smile, typing into her datapad to let Ama and Megumi know she will be in Engineering.

<DeathStar> 6* Iko pauses, then stalks Erevis and Xan as the two make their way to the elevator. Erevis stepping in. She hits the Engineering Core Floor
<Xanatos`> <Xanatos> So realistically how screwed are we? Hyperspace energy isn't really something we can replicate, right?

<Seraphna> * Sammael is already down in Engineering, where she works. Being somewhat of an Angela offshoot AND connected to Ao, it's her sanctuary.
<DeathStar> <Erevis> Not really. We could try to bottle hyperspace and save it, but when you see the size of the Core, you will know how unfeasible it is. That is why I want to see Core One - was it cracked and the hyperspace leaked out?
<DeathStar> 6* Iko sneaks into the elevator
<kalonZombie> 6*Tel is hot on her heels
<Xanatos`> <Xanatos> I looked at it, but I don't know enough about the tech.
<kalonZombie> 6*Robb is in engineering as well, running it smooth as situations allow. Current band being blasted: AC/DC
<Xanatos`> <Xanatos> Maybe it was just overloaded and burnt up? Poor git, that Drasek.
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis rides down, and steps out into the Engineering - Core. The Engineering floors taking up 1/3rd of the bottom of the ship, and it's soon easy to see why. Core One is a huge area, with the Core chamber a giant glass tube that is massive in size, far out in the middle of a large abyss like area, with darkness below, with platform work stations at various heights all around it, each leading to them from various doorways/floors. In front of it is it's own main work station and the elevator, so Erevis walks right up to it. Each platform is connected via catwalks and one can get out to the Core via catwalks, though you have to be careful not to fall. The fall looks like it might be 4 stories down
<DeathStar> 6* Currently a Battery is hooked up, but Core One looks like it barely has any power.
<Xanatos`> <Xanatos> I can't imagine this battery will last long, so we're really in a bad situation.
<Seraphna> * Sammael peers it over, scanning it and working, taking the time to monitor the battery drain on a regular basis and come up with some plans, hopefully, to make things better. She peers over as they approach.
<DeathStar> <Erevis> Robb, could you turn the Battery off. I want to look inside

<kalonZombie> <Robb> Turning it off. Go for it, Erevis.
<Xanatos`> 6* Xan arches a brow, glancing at her.

<DeathStar> <Erevis> I just want to inspect for minute cracks or other things. See why it lost so much power so fast. 6* Erevis watches Core One shut down, then waits for the heat inside to die down

<DeathStar> 6* Iko covers her eyes as Erevis steps onto a catwalk and begins to work her way out to the Core. She messages Ama that Erevis is doing something stupid again

<Seraphna> * Sammael rubs her head, since she's explained it a hundred times in the past that Erevis tends to burn from Hyperspace where she doesn't, she doesn't voice it now, but watches carefully in case she needs help.
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis slowly works her way along the long drop, stepping quietly, putting a hand on the handrails of the catwalk. One breaks off, the catwalk old and rusty

<DeathStar> 6* Erevis waves hops onto the Core One area, and begins to work on opening it up when Ao shows up, dragging a gagged and tied up Angelos

I was told the Tsivrixsh Emperor was making policy changes that was good, but the last decade or so he has become worse, and he wants me back to fulfill my old dutities. He has been stopping at nothing to work in the law and out of the law. And now somehow he has my daughter - she is frozen in crystal. He claims he sent people to the other side and got her frozen off a planet
