<DeathStar> <Ben> I had the computer scan and check; it says we're clean. Likely some program is loading and taking a lot of programming space

<DeathStar> <Ben> These six cyborgs were children back when Aya was one, well, minus her being accelerated

<DeathStar> <Ben> They were sickly children, with inoperatable diseases. Now, the memories weren't there, likely due to their age, but either Venerator took them in, or one of his men
<Xanatos> 6* Kane only seems to be paying half attention now as he starts digging into the system through his datapad.
<Luci> Angela> "Sounds familiar."
<DeathStar> <Ben> But they slowly transformed them into cyborgs and trained them, bringing them into VI, and when it fell, they were left without a direction. And apparantlty their bodies started failing again
<DeathStar> 6* Kane kept getting systems are okay from the main system
<Luci> Angela> "And someone pulled them together again."
<DeathStar> <Ben> No, they did it themselves
<Xanatos> <Marcus> Getting to face your own mortality again after being promised this amazing cyborg life would blow.
<Luci> * Angela tilts her head. "So when did their mysterious leader come into the picture?"
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> "I was already an adult when I was cyberized, so I could give informed consent and crap. This... this is predatory."
<Sathen> Rea> Good motivating factor...regain the lives they had grown accustomed to since they were young.
<Luci> * ANgela twitches just a little bit. "Yes... it is Cass."
<DeathStar> <Ben> They had went back to the VI well, and started digging, and built a new base, Sun VI, based off what they were taught when they were young and lost
<DeathStar> <Ben> I'm sure some divisions wanted to help Earth, but at the heart of it was to draw out sources to save themselves. Now only one of them remains
<Xanatos> <Saf> And this is one that we have yet to encounter?
<DeathStar> <Ben> Yes. And I imagine they are not happy
<Luci> Jennifer> "One might even think displeased."
<DeathStar> <Ben> And have two ships. We checked the other base and it was emptied out, so the last cyborg is on the move
<Jackieness> <Reikana> "But where could they go?"
<Sathen> *Ori keeps sniffing the air, yipping quietly once and a spark popping in the air in front of her as if saying "I'll melt the last one if it comes to blows"*

<DeathStar> <Ben> I agree. So we should split into teams. We know that there is a VI lab under the school. And we should make ourselves target away from a populated space

<Luci> * Jennifer moves along to check things out and report in to the Principal, who at least a short while ago was one of John McCormick's many jobs.

<DeathStar> 6* As they step into the hallway, thankfully it's empty right now, the students in the rooms. Though they got 5 mins until the bell rings. As Ori scampers off to to find cameras, Ren watches her*

<DeathStar> 6* Ren takes it, chewing, then moves for the stairs down to the basement

<Luci> An'Mi> "Could check?" *she taps her head, then feels out for computer systems, particularly camera lines*
<Jackieness> <Reikana> "Well, this school does have a secret lab."
<Sathen> *Orihime knows there was one, since they recovered security camera footage here the last time*
<DeathStar> 6* As Ori enters, the principal sits at the camera center, humming
<Sathen> Orihime> Mister John? Is thst you?
<Luci> * Jennifer sighs, heading the same way as Ori, since she figures where John might be if he's here.

<DeathStar> *Ren and Kaori find what looks to be Zephyr in a school uniform, trying to study the wall, while the other two make the principal tilt his head, then puts a sheet over her cleavage, frowning*
<Xanatos> 6* Saf glances towards Ren and Kaori, wanting to go with them but already commited with going with Jen. She pauses and waits outside the the principal's office.
<Luci> Jennifer> "Sorry, she's a new student. Must have gotten lost."
<DeathStar> <Principal> And who is that friend, lady? *the security is easily hacked, thankfully*
<Sara> * Kaori squints, wondering what's going on with this Zephyr
<Luci> * An'MI, having gone with Ren, tilts her head at the schoolgirl Zephyr.

<Sathen> Ori> Well his names John, said to meet him up here for a tour.
<DeathStar> <Principal> *he sighs* Tell me that old Principal didn't try to corrupt you two too. *He takes a chart out* Where did he touch you?

<Sara> * Kaori bows her head in quiet greeting then walks over to see what Zephyr was looking for on the wall
<Luci> * Jennifer says to avoid her own thoughts, since she actually would have to handle the entire doll.

<Sathen> *Ori is led away* But he's never even touched me!

<DeathStar> <Zephyr> I was trying to push on the wall for a secret passage

<Jackieness> <Reikana> *disregars what Jenn said and steps into one of the restrooms*
<DeathStar> *she tugs at the catholic girl outfit*
<Luci> * An'Mi blinks and puts her hand on the way, feeling out for wiring or other indications of something behind it.

<DeathStar> *the principal steps out of his office, tying to find the girls, then the bell rings and the students pour out, the principal carried away*
<Luci> * Jennifer sighs and taps her hidden comms. "Anything kids?"
<Xanatos> 6* Saf eyes the locker room shape and then slowly moves around it looking for anything out of the ordinary, checking if there are any lockers without locks that could be a hidden switch or something.
<DeathStar> 6* There appears to be nothing on the wall. Zephyr sighs, frustrated
<Sara> * Kaori lightly raps on the wall with the back of her hand

<DeathStar> 6* All the lockers look like normal lockers, though the top north locker is not assigned to anyone and looks very old, rusted. It seems to be wielded into the floor. It would take major tools to rip it out of the floor

<Jackieness> <Reikana> *steps back out* "That wasn't so bad. What was the deal?"

<Xanatos> 6* Saf hmms and slides her hand over the rusty locker, feeling for a hiffen switch.

<Luci> * Reese slips in, looking around at where the cameras are pointed and for any other things, like signs of a secret area.

<DeathStar> 6* Saf would hear a click on the wall, but nothing on the wall moves
<DeathStar> <Ren> ...? *she checks her comm, then moves up north. The students move to the lunch room, thankfully none going into the locker room so far far
<Jackieness> <Reikana> "Huh..." *heads for the locker room*
<Xanatos> <Saf> *c* ...I think I activated a hidden switch but can't see any change. 6* She looks around curiously.

<Xanatos> 6* Saf hmms and explores other parts of the 'pentragram' designed area.
<Luci> * Jennifer on comms, "Check to see if you cna move the wall now, could be a doorway."
<Luci> * Reese keeps looking through the systems and checking things out.

<Xanatos> 6* Saf pauses and moves to see if she can push on the wall, or, move the rusy locker.

<DeathStar> 6* Saf would find the wall solid. Ren and Zephyr arrive and both start running their hands along it
<Sathen> *Ori leaves Jenn and heads for the locker room*
<Luci> * Jenn moves for the locker room too, An'Mi sticks with Ren.
<DeathStar> 6* Until finally a brick on the bottom clicks in
<DeathStar> 6* And a doorway swings open

<Luci> * Jennifer tlts her head. She taps her comms. "Get to the locker room. Reese, get here and lock down the entrance."
<DeathStar> 6* Reikana would see a stairway going downward; the space is barely enough room to walk in. It seems to have built into the locker room, and then made it smaller

<Luci> * Reese moves out of security after jotting down the alarm codes for the building and heads to the locker room.
<DeathStar> 6* Ren mumbles as she walks, peering side to side

<Luci> * An'Mi heads after them, Jen following up.

<Xanatos> 6* Saf squeezes along, walking sideways almost to keep from feeling so claustrophobic.

<DeathStar> 6* The finally reach a cave and there's a metallic doorway. With what looks like a handprint. The metal frame looks thick
<Jackieness> <Reikana> "Shhhh... we're almost there."
<Luci> Jennifer> "SOmeone hack the panel."
<kalonZombie> 6*Narok looks at the door, then forms his hands into giant hardened slabs, like a mace
<kalonZombie> 6*Then pauses when Jennifer says hack, and makes a grumpy face
<Sathen> *Ori follows them down, looking around at the steel door*
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> This is one of VI's major labs that even Sun VI couldn't find
<Luci> Jennifer> "I'd prefer as few explosions as possible."
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> Hacking it might create a a cascade effect
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> So hold on a second
<Luci> * Jennifer sighs a bit. "Yeah..."
<Xanatos> <Saf> Did we even bring a hacky type?
<DeathStar> *Zephyr plugs into it with her datapad* Kane?

<Sathen> *Orihime snaps a finger and a flame ignites there, burning white hot* Plasma torch anyone?

<Jackieness> <Reikana> "Hey, did anyone close the door coming down here so the students don't wonder down?"
<kalonZombie> <Narok> I believe An'Mi can hack.
<Xanatos> 6* Kane looks at the connection and then begins to see if he can safely break the door's lock.
<DeathStar> *Kane would see that the type of lock is for voice prints and that if it fails twice, it will be locked forever. Hacking it seems nearly impossible*
<Xanatos> <Kane> *c* It's looking for a voice print, hacking is very risky. I'll see if I can find some example voice clips of the cyborgs we've been dealing with. Perhaps we can dupe the door.

<kalonZombie> 6*Mi'Na grabs her wife and starts buny hopping away
<Luci> * Tabetha squeaks and grabs John, diving for cover.
<Sathen> *Rea shakes his head at the conversations, moving to grab people and get them scattered*
<Xanatos> <Marcus> RUH ROH. 6* He throws up sand and then runs for it. You know...the sand masks his position?
<DeathStar> 6* It fires a blast and half their area explodes, throwing up dirt, sand, and rock, the place flying up. John flails
<Luci> * Tabetha sighs and keeps John from flying off with TK.
<DeathStar> <Ben> *coughs and John lays on the ground. The space ship circles, unable to see them*
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus lets out a oof and goes flying, rolling for a bit before sliding facedown in the sand. He sits up after a bit spitting.
<Luci> Angela> "Hunters became the hunted..."
<Luci> ANgela> "We've got... two working Dragoon pairs here? We could attempt to take them."
<Sathen> *Rea rolls on the side as he lands from the explosion* Need to get airborn and either counterattack or evade. We can't stay down here long.

<DeathStar> <Ben> Get to it. Or hurry. The sand is disspaiting
<DeathStar> *the air is clearing as the vehicle circles*
<Luci> * Angela nods and starts to form her mech form with Mi'Na. Tabetha grabs John to do the same.
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> "Commit to an action! My rail gun is not goign to bring that damn thing down!"
<Xanatos> <Marcus> One'a you mech fucks give me a ride. 6* He runs to grab on to one's leg.
<kalonZombie> 6*Mi'Na forms with Angela, letting Sera take control since wow my fucking head
<Sathen> *Rea moves towards whatever was used to transport them here, hoping it wasn't targetted by the ship*
<Luci> * Holy Dragon Seraphna leaps into the air through the disappating Sand, to kick it up again and moves for the enemy ship in an evasive pattern. Tabetha in Mecha form goes towards it from another directon.
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus holds on to Angela's leg/calf/ankle giving a squeel as they go flying.
<DeathStar> 6* As Angela does that, the world feels like there's a crack for a moment
<DeathStar> 6* But then it resumes
<Xanatos> *Do we all feel that?*
<DeathStar> *Yep*
<Luci> * Angela seems confused but fires thrusters up, blasting out with a beam of holy from her maw as she moves in, Tabetha attempts to TK crush cannons while she forms her guns.
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus lets out a grumbled what the fuck but is too busy trying to keep from falling off.
<Luci> ANgela> <That was weird, but let's worry about it when we're not being shot at!>
<DeathStar> 6* As the air cleans out, the ship targets those on the ground, unable to keep up. Ben runs up to Cass, pointing at the engines
<DeathStar> <Ben> Target those. You might be able
<Sathen> *Rea winces as he continues searching for their transport vehicle*
<DeathStar> *Rea fins it under a sand dune*
<Luci> * Angela lets out another blast and Tabetha starts firing mech sized blasters out at the ship, targeting it's weapons systems.
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> *pulls out her rial gun* "Then here we go!" *fires a high explosive round at the ship engines*
<DeathStar> 6* The ship is hit by all their attacks and it shudders, starting to go down at those on ground. Ben jerks and runs
<Luci> * Angela fires another blast at it's side to start directing it away from the group and where they're headed.
<Luci> * Tabetha holds out mech arms and tries directing it with TK too.
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus squints, tears in his eyes, then lets out a howl of anger when he doesn't get to shoot the ship.
<Sathen> *Rea jumps in and starts it up, trying to get it free of the sand in order to go assist in picking up the others*
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> "Oh, hell." *turns and runs for it*
<DeathStar> 6* As it crashes into the ground. a giant male cyborg lands and grabs Ben's throat as it blows up behind him, throwing up sand
<DeathStar> 6* Angela saving them only for it to grab Ben
<DeathStar> <Cyborg Leader> You killed them. You and your team
<Luci> * Angela swoops around and begins heading for Ben and the Cyborg.
<DeathStar> 6* He begins to squeeze, crunching
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus starts to climb up Angela.
<Nyaomi> * A blueish-violet blur leaps, intending to plant a foot in the guy's face
<Xanatos> <Marcus> Get me down there!
<Luci> * Tabetha focuses, burning two mind to try and hold his fingers from crushing Ben.
<Luci> * Angela goes low so Marcus can leap onto the enemy.
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> *comes out of the sand cliud and tries to grab the cyborg from behind*
<DeathStar> 6* The leader stumbles, falling back and sliding on the sand as they all knock him away, dropping Ben who gasps for air
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus tenses then springing to come smashing down towards the leader after he gets some distance.
<Luci> * Angela lands over Ben and puts a wing in front of him protectively.
<Nyaomi> * Necia lands by Ben, the borderline-pudgy girl panting and disheveled.
<Nyaomi> <Necia> The new heels... s-solid.
<Luci> * Tabetha lands some distance away and targets the cyborg.
<DeathStar> 6* The leader is dived into the sand, buried
<DeathStar> <Ben> *hoarse* Be....
<Luci> * Tabetha reaches into the sand and starts scooping.
<DeathStar> 6* He emerges and aims at them with a gun that glows like X
<Nyaomi> <Necia> Huh-- what is it?
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus groans but tries to recollect himself, pausing and giving Tabetha a thumbs up when she scoops him out.
<Luci> * Tabetha swings her hand into him, giant mech fist.
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> *turns and aims with her rial gun at the cyborg leader, queezing off a round*
<Nyaomi> <Necia> Oh.. it's about that, huh. What a pain.
<DeathStar> *He fires at the rail gun and both hit each other, causing a major backlush, knocking everyone back*
<DeathStar> *Ben flies and tumbles down a sanddune and Tabetha is also knocked, and the leader is fisted and knocked*
<Luci> * Tabetha stumbles a bit backwards, mech form whirring to stablize.
<Nyaomi> * Necia forms a trio of small particle-based objects and holds out her hand, swirling them as they generate a barrier, trying to guard herself and Ben and any behind them
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus tumbles from the shockwave but tries to right himself and move in the cyborg's direction.
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> *tumbles away and then scrambles back on to her feet*
<DeathStar> 6* the leader rises, then coughs up blood, and tries to generate his gun, as if doing so is killing him
<Luci> * Angela blinks and moves to scoop Ben back up.
<DeathStar> <Ben> Thank you Necia
<Luci> * Tabetha reaches over and tries to use telepathy to knock him out.
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus comes in with his 3 foot punch, trying to knock the guy out before he can do major damage to himself.
<Luci> * Angela resumes a protective position over the group, since her blasts would be overkill.
<Nyaomi> <Necia> D-Don't mention it. Hard to date if you're squashed.
<DeathStar> 6* The leader stumbles and slides in the sand and grapples with him. Tabetha would feel intense hatred
<DeathStar> 6* Swinging down, he tried to headbutt Marcus

<Sathen> *Rea powers up the shuttle and brings it over to land near the others, getting out of it and looking at the Cyborg*
<Luci> * Tabetha frowns and pushes Lethargy and tiredness into those emotions, trying to force him to sleep.
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus takes the headbutt and shakes his head slightly, returning one of his own.
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> *moves toward the fight between Marcus and the cyborg*
<Luci> * Angela phases out of her Dragoon form with Mi'Na, Angela naked.
<DeathStar> <Leader> URH. You want a true taste of this cyborg body? *he speaks almost like an anime villain* Then taste my true body. *He begins to pull on Marcus' arms while they grapple, trying to pull them out of their sockets, even as he gets tired from Tabetha*

<Sathen> *Rea will move in to latch on to the cyborg from the back, using his ground-out to attempt and drain him of energy completely*
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus grits his teeth, eyes getting a tinge of red, attempting to keep his arms where they belong.

<Luci> * Angela peers at Mi'Na. "Erm... how'd your clothes vanish?" *She starts pulling out spares from her subspace.
<DeathStar> *Ben pauses, then touches* It won't work entirely since it's not sex, but *he pulls her in for a kiss, giving her a power high temporarily*

<DeathStar> 6* The cyborg jerks, letting Marcus go as his head is grabbed

<DeathStar> <Leader> *he flails, grabbing at her hands, and strains*
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus steps back and rotates each of his arms.
<Xanatos> <Marcus> Keep him alive, Cass. We need info.
<Luci> * ANgela peers over at the struggle. "Just be sure he doesn't self detonate."
<DeathStar> <Leader> *he begins to glow, preparing to blow them both up* F-Fuck you..

<Nyaomi> * Necia pauses a moment, blinking. Then she shakes her head and seems to remember what she was trying to do, bringing her hands out and making her Options change patterns, each sprouting its own energy field as she starts generating something akin to a sound pulse, pouring the excess energy and overflow she received and amplifying it to all nearby
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> "Take out his explosives!"
<Nyaomi> mechanical and sub-mechanical beings. Androids, dragoons, half-dragoons, that means you.
<Luci> * Tabetha holds out her arms and freezes the Leader with TK so someone else can stop the bomb.

<Sathen> *Rea focuses on draining the energy from the Cyborg Leader*
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus shifts forward to do just that, trying to get the bomb out to throw away.
<Nyaomi> <Necia> Asylum active." Her two-tone eyes glowing.
<DeathStar> 6* As Marcus and Rea work together, Marcus jams through his chest, getting the bomb and Cass rips his head off, leaving him dead
<Luci> Angela> "That crack before was a little disturbing."
<DeathStar> 6* Ben looks tired, his powers typically for a drive sex hive and he kneels, panting
<kalonZombie> <Mi'Na> Yeah.
<Luci> Angela> "I know I haven't used my Dragon form in a while but still... never shattered reality before. Coiincidence?"
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus throws the bomb as high as he can if it's still active. Otherwise he just tosses it aside taking it out deactivated it.
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> "You want answers? Then plug this bastard in and rip them out of what's left of his wetware!"

<Luci> Jennifer> "So... we need Tabetha for this?"

<Sathen> *Orihime stifles her finger plasma torch and looks at the others* Don't we have a bunch of that Spade stuff back at base?
