<Nyaomi> * Megumi takes her candy out of her mouth, raises an eyebrow as she sits back, crossing her arms. "Hm. I think I am finished."
<Xanatos> <Xan> Finished? 6* He glances over at her, having been watching the training but not needing to actual give any pointers at this point.
<DeathStar> 6* Lenneth wears a business suit, going over lawsuits
<Nyaomi> <Megumi> The clone.
<Seraphna> * Sammael taps on a datapad, working on something.
<Nyaomi> * Megumi peers at Xanatos. "If I get something wrong, it could turn into a Cran-worthy incident, after all. Or just fail miserably like a cheap sci-fi movie."
<Nyaomi> <Megumi> have you ever seen someone, besides me, undergo rapid cellular breakdown?

<Nyaomi> <Megumi> Watching the process of decay in fast forward, losing balance, muscle mass, crumbling like you no longer have bones. Devolumizing, oxygen escaping the cells without binders.

<Seraphna> * Jaime blinks and stares in surprise. Watching her sister and mother spar.
<Seraphna> * Sammael doesn't look up from her work. "Try the new combo, Athena."
<Xanatos> <Drasek> Gotta prove without a reasonable doubt an all that. 6* He says, blinking at being shook.
<Nyaomi> <Megumi> Then the unpleasant parts begin." She lifts the candy like a baton, as if to continue explaining.
<DeathStar> 6* Athena and Erevis bounce around, throwing kicks and punches, until Erevis tries to do something she can't anymore in a human body, tossed into the kitchen window, landing by Megumi and Xanatos
<DeathStar> 6* Athena leaps as if to continue the fight inside the kitchen

<Nyaomi> * Megumi glances down at Erevis, pausing her dissertation on the failure.
<Nyaomi> <Megumi> Beloved, are you alright?
<Seraphna> * Jaime sighs and moves towards the kitchen. "Someone order a new window."
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis and Athena pause in mid positions
<Seraphna> Sammael> "THe local construction company is making a killing off us."
<Xanatos> <Xan> Goddamnit who has to fix this window!? Me.
<DeathStar> <Erevis> Yes. *she peers, some glass in her arm. She brushes her red hair back, the white streak visible*
<DeathStar> 6* At that moment, the city begins to shake
<Seraphna> * Sammael peers over. "I'll call Jen. That needs to be treated."
<Xanatos> 6* Xan go to kneel by Erevis and check her arm out but pauses at the shaking glancing.
<Seraphna> Jaime> "E-Earthquake!?"
<Nyaomi> * Megumi holds out her hand, lifting the pieces and bringing them into place, adjusting their structure to rebond-- as if time is reversing.
<Xanatos> <Drasek> Aw bloody 'ell. 6* He says, drinking.
<DeathStar> 6* Lenneth pauses in sipping the beer, peering out the window as giant plants begin to grow all over the city - thankfully a bit further from them
<Nyaomi> * Megumi finishes with the window and and sighs. "... What not?"
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis hugs Megumi in thanks as the shaking continues

<DeathStar> 6* Athena leans to peer out as the plants grow, building being wrecked
<Xanatos> <Xan> Well this seems different.

<Seraphna> * Sammael sighs. "I'll call her anyway... and the base."

<Nyaomi> <Megumi> I already have." She notes.
<Xanatos> <Xan> I'll tape a bag over the window until I can fix it. 6* He moves to go do that, getting some tape.
<Seraphna> * Sammael nods, trying her own method of communication to call the bottom cat wife.

<Jackieness> <Josephine> "Giant plants in Tokyo. Any idea what the cause is?"

<Seraphna> Jennifer> I mean... that's not a terrible plan.

<Sara> <Kaori> Huh? Free buffet? Where?

<Seraphna> Lisa> "I know that the Japanese like to grow weird plants, but this one is a little out of hand."

* ChadWinters glances at Ben. 1"Something on your mind?"
<Xanatos> 6* Kane responds in a message that he's busy with some work and family stuff of his own. Cole is power down in Katherine's lab. Doing a full system diagnostic.
<DeathStar> <Ben> One of our scientists was working on plants
<Seraphna> Jennifer> "Any idea if this has any connection to the Tree of Life yet?"
<DeathStar> <Ben> But we're here, not there.
<ChadWinters> We can ask her.
<Xanatos> <Kellin> Who?
<DeathStar> <Ben> Oh, Chad knows her intimately
<ChadWinters> Eve. 6He leans against the wall as he looks over at Kellin
<DeathStar> <Ben> *taps his paperwork* Yes. Aya is helping too I think
<DeathStar> <Ben> Cheryl might know more about the project
* ChadWinters nods to Ben.
<Xanatos> <Kellin> OH, the girl he used to bone that had his kid and this hid kid had her own kid and SHE looks a lot like the original bone zone lady. Which...is pretty weird.

<DeathStar> *Ako looks dizzy at that*

* ChadWinters pulls out his datapad, and sends a message to Eve and Aya about their research. 1"I'll head up to talk to Cheryl."

* ChadWinters sends another message to Cel who heads to the teleporter
<DeathStar> *Ben calls in gitari to be air lifted to Tokyo and be dropped down*

<Xanatos> <Kellin> I bet there's like some kid in a weird plant cocoon at the center of the city.

<Seraphna> Reese> "Weed killer?"

<DeathStar> 6* Erevis pulls on body armor and hums, gathering weapons. She pulls on a bandana. Athena meanwhile puts on magical wings and make up when the team arrives
<DeathStar> <Ako> Ako is here to save the day. *she deadpans at Athena*
<Nyaomi> <Hope> Hey!
<Seraphna> * Sammael is putting on her battle tact suit and holstering Samaritan.
<Nyaomi> <Hope> Ren gave me the magical girl gig...
<Seraphna> * Jennifer smiles. "Looking good love."
<Sara> <Kaori> Magical girl gig?
<Nyaomi> <Megumi> ... ... ... * Hope jerks, making Megumi shake her head. "Take care, loves. I am heading to the base lab to enact on my calculations before deterioration sets in more."
<DeathStar> *Athena pauses and blows a kiss, doing mental damage* This is not a gig. This is a life style*
<Nyaomi> * Hope nods to Megumi then narrows her eyes at Athena and Ako.
<Seraphna> * Jennifer moves to Athena and touches up her look.
<DeathStar> <Ako> ... *she seems to be twitching*
<Xanatos> <Kellin> Nice outfit! 6* He gives Athena a thumbs up.
<ChadWinters> <Cel> Those are...interesting outfits.
<DeathStar> *Ako eyes Kellin* No taste
<Nyaomi> * Hope holds out a hand and then twirls, activating the device to switch outfits Ren made her ages ago.
<Xanatos> <Kellin> OH?! 6* He leans in to stare at her.
<Seraphna> * Jennifer adjusts her lab coat, over a tactical suit with her weapons strapped in.
<DeathStar> <Erevis> *she holds up two large katanas.* I am going to go and explore our neighborhood for clues
<Xanatos> 6* Xan comes back with a bag and tape then frowns seeing the kitchen window already fixed and slumps, moving back off to put the stuff away.
<Xanatos> <Drasek> Call if you need help 'revi. 6* He says, plopping down to watch the news.
<DeathStar> *Erevis heads out toward the growth that is advancing*
<Seraphna> * Jaime holsters a gun, Leyaeh stepping out from hers and Ao's room and peers around. "Did I miss something?"
<ChadWinters> <Cel> We should try and get to the center of it. 6She moves out after Erevis
<Nyaomi> * Hope hrmphs at Ako and Athena, following Erevis
<Xanatos> <Kellin> One day you will learn to accept 'yourself'. 6* he says to ako, glancing towards Athena before stepping out after Erevis.
<Sara> * Kaori hoists up her cannon, slowly following after
<Seraphna> * Jaime moves to follow Erevis, looking determined.
<DeathStar> <Ako> .... *Ako pulls out her saber and walks along* Show you mysel
<DeathStar> *Ako adjusts her more punk look*
<Seraphna> * Jaime and Sammael move with Athena like an entourage.
<Xanatos> 6* Xan throws on his bomber jacket and jogs out after Erevis.
<DeathStar> 6* Athena walks along. Soon the group reaches what looks like a wall of vines, growing. There is flowers and everything growing that look dangerous. It snaps and tries to eat them.
<ChadWinters> 6Cel hops backwards. 1"It seem's sentient."
<DeathStar> 6* Up in the sky gitari are being air dropped. They do eat away pathways, but the flowers and vines are more dangerous and grow back faster. The great green war was messy. Very messy.
<Seraphna> * Luci holds out her hands and shields the group. Jennifer pulling out a shotgun.
<Xanatos> <Kellin> SO weird. 6* He says with a smile, leaning in to look and the jerking back when it tries to get him.
<DeathStar> *the plant begins to adapt and spits poison at Kellin*
<Sara> * Kaori almost shoots when she sees it trying to eat them.
<DeathStar> *hitting the shield*
<Xanatos> 6* Kellin points.
<Xanatos> <Kellin> Bad plants.
<DeathStar> <Erevis> ... *she cuts the vines but it begins to grow back quickly*
<kalonZombie> 6*The Gitari are a ravonous people and will literally eat their weight in plants. Since they like their women bigger this can mean quite a bit of plant.
<DeathStar> *within seconds*
<Seraphna> Jennifer> "Perhaps we should be using fire?"
<DeathStar> <Erevis> I do not keep a lot of fire around
<Seraphna> * Sammael loads red shells into her Samaritan.
<Sara> * Kaori fires on the vines with her cannon
<Xanatos> 6* Xan pulls two small metallic rods out of the inside coat pocket and turns them over activating two buttons, they form beam sabers and he moves to help keep Erevis clear.
<Seraphna> Sammael> "I do." *She aims and fires an explosive napalm shell at part of the wall*
<Xanatos> <Kellin> I wonder where this all started. 6* He glances around trying to get a better idea of where it's coming from.
<DeathStar> *the the combined attacks begin to cut a way. It takes a while,and with the napalm they clear the street, leaving them a bit messy. During it, they could have sworn they say a girl fly off with wings, complaining about this world too*
<DeathStar> <Erevis> That is a good question. *she muses, and closes her eyes and focuses on psionics*
<Seraphna> Jennifer> "What..."
<Sara> * Kaori looks up for a moment, blinking, but then dismisses the thought and returns to focusing on the matter at hand.
<ChadWinters> <Cel> That would be important to know.
<DeathStar> <Erevis> I believe I feel a mind of sorts... *she points* half a mile that way. *it is within tons of vines and flowerS*
<DeathStar> <Athena> ... *she slings gunk off and eyes the street and stuff* We will not make it
<DeathStar> *Athena merowls*
<Xanatos> <Kellin> Giving up already?
<ChadWinters> <Cel> Perhaps we should get a shuttle to drop us off from above?
<DeathStar> *Athena jerks*
<DeathStar> <Ako> Well I won't
<DeathStar> *Ako prances ahead*
<Sara> <Kaori> A tentacle-controlling plant mind? *she shivers and glooms*
<ChadWinters> 6Cel pulls out her blades and moves ahead with Ako
<Seraphna> * Sammael leans in and cleans Athena's face, kissing her cheek. "We believe in you."
<Xanatos> 6* Xan's eyes are on the sky, squinting for a long moment before shaking his head and moving on with the group.
<Xanatos> 6* Kellin forms a much larger gun and grins, moving after Ako.
<DeathStar> *Athena pats Kaori* Athena will let the tentacles take Jennifer if need be
<Seraphna> Jennifer> "I-I..."
<DeathStar> *Athena carries Jennifer along*

<DeathStar> 6* So far no response as they reach Cheryl, who leans back. Zephyr sits on her sister's desk
* ChadWinters clicks his tongue at his datapad.
<Jackieness> <Josephine> *stands to one side of the room, hand son her hips*
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> This is about Eve?
<ChadWinters> Potentially.
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Well I can tell you about the project I suppose
<Seraphna> Reese> "Might could help."
<Xanatos> 6* Cole moves in quickly, pausing to pant despite not breathing.
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Eve before being shot worked on plants. Not sure if it was a hobby or what
<Xanatos> <Cole> Sorry, sorry. Diagnostics. What'd I miss?
<kalonZombie> <Mal> Bigass plants.
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> So she wanted to resume and had some rare plants she wanted to bring back
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "What sort of rare plants?"
<Xanatos> <Cole> Oh. Cool.
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> But after hearing her background, I had her look as something we had - some cells of Yggdrasil
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Nothing big enough to grow a plant from really
* ChadWinters looks at Cheryl. 1"Well it might have been."
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> But if it could be used to help the next time, I wanted defenses
<Seraphna> Reese> "Maybe we underestimated just how potent sales of a tree that seems to dictate reality are?"
<Seraphna> *cells
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Maybe. I checked in on her lab a few times. The plant she was growing was one of her rare plants I think. I don't remember the name
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Evette might know more. Or the logs. Lets go
<DeathStar> *She rises and heads for the lab*
<Seraphna> Reese> Let's check then...
<Xanatos> <Cole> Where was their lab? Here?
<ChadWinters> I messaged Aya and Eve about what's happening in Tokyo. Neither have responded yet.
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Yes this floor. And that is odd
<ChadWinters> Aye.
<DeathStar> *Cheryl opens the lab door and several of the plants are missing. One overturned. But nothing disasterous that might make the alarms go off*
* ChadWinters steps inside, peering around at the lab. He moves to one of the terminals and boots it up
<Xanatos> <Cole> Wow, so messy. 6* He says of the overturned plant.
<Seraphna> Reese> "Well, given the state of Tokyo, this is worrying."
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "Hmmmm... do you have any recording devices that might have captured what happened in here?"
<DeathStar> *Cheryl grunts* After all the break ins I've had the alarm system tinkered with. If someone forced their way in or took someone, the alarms would have gone off.
<ChadWinters> So odds are, Aye or Eve left with the plants.
<DeathStar> *Cheryl brings up the logs, while Chad brings up the records on the plant. Eve and Aya working on the plant with Evette when she isn't OCDing*
<Seraphna> Reese> So someone was authorized and only took something, not someone."
* ChadWinters tries to find a video log for the last 12 hours
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Here. *she brings it up and a male is seen talking to Eve*
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "Who is that?"
<DeathStar> *the person has their back to the camera, knowing the placement*
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> They're not facing the camera.
* ChadWinters peers over at Cheryl and the logs, eyeing the man. 1"Hmmmm."
<Xanatos> <Cole> Who do we know that is that tall and has that hair color?
<Seraphna> * Reese tilts his head. "Well, there are less men on staff than women, so narrowing it down shouldn't be too hard."
<DeathStar> 6* The dark haired man has ah and on Eve and she nods, looking a bit out of it, tkaing the plants. The man is very tall. Probably not hard to miss
<DeathStar> 6* And they step out
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "She could have let them in. Drugs or mind control."
<Seraphna> * Reese raises a brow. "That look on Eve. Is she drugged or something?"
<ChadWinters> Troubling.
<DeathStar> *the plant's properties come up.*
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> There it is
* ChadWinters looks at te plant properties now
<DeathStar> *Cheryl leans in. The extinct plant - a powerful plant that has phermomones when mixed. Works mostly on males, though some females have been known to be affected. Though it seems she has been trying to combine it with the Yggdrasil cells to see the results*
<Xanatos> 6* Cole hmms at the height and checks who, on staff, matches that height range give or take a few inches.
<ChadWinters> This isn't good.
<Seraphna> Reese> "Oh jeez. Did we really need that particular power enhanced?"
<ChadWinters> Cheryl, send a message to the other team to let them know what those plants might be capable of
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "Why would she want to mix Yggdrasil cells with an aphrodisiac?"
<DeathStar> *it might be Kane, the height might be askewed in the video and color could be darker in it, could be Chad - he is evil, same with the hair. Video does get it wrong*
<DeathStar> *John probably, if the red color is off*
<Xanatos> 6* Cole eyes Chad suspiciously.
<DeathStar> *could be Darien, he's been weird lately. Hair and height match. Could be Leruste got back in somehow. Though the hair might be off*
<Xanatos> 6* Cole begins to make note of each suspect.
<Xanatos> <Cole> Any chance that any non-team members could get here?
<DeathStar> *and finally Kellin. He matches the height and hair color*
<Seraphna> Reese> "We have too many tall generic men in this group." *fixes his bright red hair* "We do get guests."

<ChadWinters> Depends if they set something up that circumvented the security system.
* ChadWinters tries bringing up the rest of the security feed in the base to follow them out
<Xanatos> 6* Cole just uses his brains and tries to get a security feed of each of the suspects at the time the mystery man was with Eve.
<DeathStar> *it will take a while to compile, plus it's hard to tell who might have been on base, with family, etc. Will get with you*
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Anyway, do you all have a plan?
<DeathStar> *she eyes Josephine*
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Like a chip in Eve?

<DeathStar> *Chad finally gets a response from Aya*
<Xanatos> <Cole> I would be shocked if Chad didn't just have a tracking device on each of his family memebers.

<Seraphna> Reese> "They're plants too. So.. Fire? Plants hate fire."
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> I bet there's one in me
<ChadWinters> Chip? No. I used something else. 6He pulls out his datapad, eyeing the message as he begins to wrong a search for Eve
<Jackieness> <Josephine> *looks at Chad* "So did you bug her, Chad?"
<DeathStar> *Aya responds with a message that she is back from fighting a secret organization hell bent on making grocery prices higher*
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "And fire would risk burning down half of Tokyo. And this stuff could take effect from smoking it... how about flash freezing?"
* ChadWinters lets her know what's happening in Tokyo and it's most likely connected to Eve with her missing now.
<DeathStar> *Aya responds that she is on it, likely heading to Tokyo*
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> So what do you propoe, Josephine?
<ChadWinters> The satellities should be searching for her location now in Tokyo.
<Seraphna> Reese> "So don't call Si'Chii or An'Mi in, got it."
<DeathStar> *Eve seems to be in Tokyo*
<DeathStar> *Zephyr checks the armory out, wondering what on what to bring*
<Seraphna> Reese> "Also... Cheryl, how sure are you that Destiny can't waltz past our security?"
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> So no fire
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> I'm not.
<Xanatos> <Cole> We should block out the sun over tokyo.
<ChadWinters> She's in Tokyo. I'm narrowing down her exact location. 6He looks over at Cheryl
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "A liquid oxygen spray, perhaps..."
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "Hmmm... or maybe freon."
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> But I have a few things to detect such things hopefully
