Chapter 9: A Shooting Star; Starlight Love
Death Star kissed Iceheart as they laid under the starry night. After they
stopped kissing, he smiled at her. "Iceheart...after all we've been through, I
just want to ask you....when we get back to the HQ....I mean, if you
would...would you marry me?" he asked her.
Iceheart blinked in surprise. "Y-You want me to marry you!?" she repeated in
awe as Death Star's statement. "W-Why yes, I would....oh, lover!" she exclaimed
and wrapped her arms around him. "I would marry you in a heartbeat...."
Death Star smiled wildly, happier than he had ever felt before. Kissing her
again, he began to talk about their future when suddenly a twig snapped and they
both turned around to see a Maverick standing there, his eyes opened in awe.
They both recognised the symbol on his shoulder and Death Star blasted off one
of his legs, stopping him from running if he tried.
Walking over to him, he picked him up in the air. "What are you doing here!?"
he shouted in rage at the Maverick, who trembled in terror.
"N-North Star has us setting up a missile attack system a few hundred meters
that way...we're going to fire it at the MHHQ....I was just out on scanning the
area...on patrole, you know!? P-Please don't kill me," the Maverick answered.
Death Star cursed. It never ended...his friends' lives were in danger because of
his connection to North Star.
Dropping the Maverick, he turned to Iceheart. "Stay here. I'll be back in a
few minutes. I would love to stay here with you, but the dreams...I gotta go.
I'll be back shortly," he told her and began to run into the forest.
"I'll be waiting, lover..."

Death Star leaped into the air and landed behind a log, over looking the
small campsite that North Star had thrown together. He didn't know how the hell
his foe had known they would be near here, but he did know he was going to
defeat North Star once and for all. That very night would decide the victor.
Spying on the base, he charged his blaster and began to head towards it.
Suddenly a ton of Mavericks jumped out on him. Blasting one through the chest,
he grabbed his saber and blasted three more with his cannon as he slashed one.
The battle continued as he attacked the Mavericks viciously, venting all his
anger of the past four days on them. A few minutes later, he found himself
standing among their dead bodies. Sighing angerily, he ran off towards the
missiles that where beginning to rumble. Looks like someone had started the
launch sequence.

Iceheart threw a rock against her prisoner as she waited on Death Star.
'Oh, things are finally going to be great....I'm going to marry the world's
greatest guy...soon, soon...' she thought to herself when suddenly she heard
a twig snap behind her. Flipping around, she saw North Star standing there,
smirking evilly. "Hello, Mrs. Star...."

Death Star broke into the control room to the missiles and blasted the two
Mavericks away that were controlling the missiles. Dashing over to the controls,
he turned off the launch sequence and the missiles immidiately stopped rumbling.
Smirking, he blasted the controls to bits, making the missiles completely
useless. Gazing up at the stars, finding Jupiter, he winked at this friends. He
had stopped his nightmares by...not...sacrifising them for Iceheart. Suddenly he
felt a chill run down his back. What had he sacrifised!?

Iceheart stepped back in panic. North Star stepped up and raised a strange
weapon. "Oh, don't worry...your happiness will soon be over...to cut out Death
Star's soul, heart, and mind is to kill you, I see now, Mrs. Star....so,
goodbye..." he snarled and fired the weapon at Iceheart. A thick spike slammed
into her chest, staying there as it began to spark. Iceheart fell down,
seemingly unphased though battery fluid leaked out the hole in her chest.
"OW!!!" she screamed finally.
"That will slowly drain your life away....erase your memory...and make sure
you can never be rebuilt....you are truly a goner, Mrs. Star....good luck to you
in hell..." North Star said and was about to fire one more to finish off
Iceheart when he heard running through the forest. Turning quickly, he left.
