The Duality Wars:

Tamae Blue - Tech-Runner

Tamaoi (Blue - Tech-Runner):

The Hapian Dynasty Tamae is in charge of Tech-Runners. While they specialize in Steam-Punk Runners, having made the spirit-tech for such a thing to be possible, they do have enough knowledge to train other Tech-Runners who are crazy enough to come to Geyze to train and practice. The Hapians are known for their strict training and making students do something again and again until they get perfection, but they also get results.

Their politics are complicated and vast. They clearly wish to unite all of Geyze - preferably under them. And they have a racist attitude toward the Daemons, who they used to have wars with long ago. The two Tamaes have a lot of friction toward each other, even while they are together in peace their students are known to prank each other at times trying to gain favor with their Tamae. While the Hapians are gearing up for something, their Tamae is not speaking of what it could be.

This leads the Tamae to typically deal with offering recruits two things:

1) They will offer non-Hapian Tech Runners improved spirit-tech that makes their weapons and armor stronger, as well as their attacks stronger. They also offer unique mods.

2) For Hapian inhabitants, who agree to do their jobs, they will provide the same and much more, including abilities not seen often.
