Racial Talents

  •

Racial Abilities

  • Bonding (1 stigmata)
Lv. 1 The bond is intiated with someone. Simple thoughts are shared. (Mi'Na)
Lv. 2 Feelings and location are shared between bond partners. You can access the mech ability.
Lv. 3 Powers can be shared. For one overall ability or skill you can take something from that person's race that your bond partner has learned. You can shape it into your own form though.
    Lv. 4

    Dragoon Specialities (1 stigmata)
Lv. 1 - Subspace A Dragoon can use the space in which they store their Dragon Form to also hold objects. The Dragoon can store up to 20 pounds of items for every 10 Strength they possess. Removing or storing objects in Subspace takes a small amount of energy.
Disadvantage: Very rarely an object within the subspace will become lost or damaged.
    Energy: 10 per object
Lv. 2 - Dragoon Sense The Dragoon, when concentrating, can sense others of it's kind, this ability is very hard to use and control and takes a great deal of concetration to make work properly. This ability becomes easier to use if the Dragoon in question is open and willing to be found, if it is an enemy, this is near impossible at anything more then a very short distance.
Disadvantage 1: When located, the Dragoon in question will know they have been spotted.
Disadvantage 2: Probability of this ability working descreases drastically depending on distance, however, there is a very small chance that any attempt at using this can fail entirely.
    Energy: 20
    Lv. 3 - Minor
    Interface
The Dragoon's other abilities have rendered it capable of interfacing with machines to a small degree. This is merely on the level of a Bluetooth connection or a wireless access. It only works at a very limited range and only allows interface on a basic level. Their ability to hack into machines, etc, depends on their already existing talents.
Disadvantage 1: If attempting to hack or bypass security, failure can have painful feedback.
Disadvantage 2: This ability causes mental strain, extended use can cause headaches and migraines.
Disadvantage 3: This works both ways, it's possible while the ability is being used for someone to cause feedback, suck as hacking, back on the Dragoon. While they aren't computers to be programmed, this can hurt them.
    Energy: 40
    Lv. 4 - Beta
    Protocol
The Dragoon has the unique ability to remote interface with Beta Class Dragoons. This allows Angela to fully control any Beta unit, or device with Beta Black Boxes installed into it. Her ability, range, and the number she can control at once are directly linked to her Bonding level and the Bond partner. Without a bond, more then three at a time can be a huge strain, with a strong partner, she has been known to command hundreds at a time. Using this ability is a two edged sword, as long as she uses it sparingly, she can control one or two without really thinking about it, however, extended use with many units will tax her mind and leave her drained.
Disadvantage 1: There is a minor chance that when controlling too many, or too weak to control Betas, Angela's Betas can go berserk and need to be put down.
Disadvantage 2: EMP will disrupt Angela's Protocol temporarily, she will need to recover, then reestablish her links to gain control, leaving units vulnerable for an extended period.
Disadvantage 3: There is a minor chance this ability will fail entirely when used.
    Energy: 30 per unit

    Dragoon Armor (1 stigmata)
Lv. 1 Can form white armor which defends the Dragoon greatly in battle.
    Energy: 20
Lv. 2 Armor is now Self Repairing.
Disadvantage: Your Stamina score may randomly fail you.
Energy: 40 to begin with then 10 per 1 minute for repair
    Lv. 3

Armor now extends to Hands and increases overall protection for each slot.
Disadvantage 1: The armor is now so unique you are easily identified in combat by enemies.
Disadvantage 2: There is a small chance your armor will not protect you from an attack.

    Energy: 60
Lv. 4 Armor now extends to Feet and the amount of energy to maintain and repair is lessened.
Disadvantage 1: Repair will sometimes stop halfway through, wasting the remaining energy and not working properly until Angela rests.
Disadvantage 2: There is a small chance the armor may malfunction when damaged, decreasing Angela's mobility.
Disadvantage 3: The armor, slightly clawed and draconic looking, can cause Angela to be misread by new encounters.
Energy: 70 to begin with then 10 per minute and a half for repair

    Holy Sword (Creation) (1 stigmata)
Lv. 1 This is for tier 3 type holy sword with the weapon. It will do damage equivalent for this damage output. Bond partner's can learn this if the dragoon maxes out all four levels of the bond and agrees to allow them access to this.
    Energy: 10
Lv. 2 This is for tier 6 type holy sword with the weapon. It will do damage equivalent for this damage output. Bond partner's can learn this if the dragoon maxes out all four levels of the bond and agrees to allow them access to this.
    Energy: 15
Lv. 3 This is for tier 9 type holy sword with the weapon. It will do damage equivalent for this damage output. Bond partner's can learn this if the dragoon maxes out all four levels of the bond and agrees to allow them access to this.
Disadvantage: Sometimes stamina will drain more rapidly when refilling Energy
    Energy: 20
Lv. 4 This is for tier 12 holy sword with the weapon. It will do damage equivalent for this damage output.
Disadvantage 1: Sometimes the weapon will fizzle out and will need to reform, costing the full energy usage again.
Disadvantage 2: If your Stigmata is messed with frequency wise, your weapons can be jammed.
Disadvantage 3: Sometimes, despite using Lv. 4, your attacks are Tier 3
    Energy: 25

    Dragon Mech I
Lv. 1 This allows the dragoon to transform into your basic mech with the weapon they use as a dragoon.
    Energy: 25
Lv. 2 The dragoon is able to shift basic shapes, while remainly roughly the same size and change weapons so the pilot can form weapons to their liking. The pilot is also able to control the dragoon at this point now so they can split duties of attacking and movement between themselves.
    Energy: 35
Lv. 3 The dragoon is able to fly now in the standard mech form and do double the damage output. Their more fluid and agile and nimble and the pilot and dragoon are more synched with their attack duties, able to switch control at will from attack/movement/etc. They can also transmit thoughts privately to others instead of talking outloud. They are able to travel in space from here on out.
Disdavantage: EMPs can disable the mech
    Energy: 55
Lv. 4 The dragoon is able to turn into the mighty dragon mech form and fly about like a real metal dragon, breathing fire and other things dragons of lore can do. Including eating things. And people. Yum yum.
Disadvantage 1: Sometimes life threatening wounds will immediately revert the dragoon back to it's normal humanoid form.
Disadvantage 2: If the Stigmatas are hit by the right frequency, the dragoon will demorph back to it's normal form.
Disadvantage 3: If the dragoon takes too much damage, stamina is drained a steady rate until it hits 0 and it deforms.
    Energy: 70

  • Restoration (1 stigmata)
Lv. 1 This allows mild restoration of damage, restoring outside damage, closing bleeding wounds so one does not bleed out. This restore Health lost and is a slow process.
    Energy: 25
Lv. 2 The process is much quicker for outside wounds. Health loss is restored faster and bleeding wound time is cut in half. It also dulls pain.
    Energy: 35
Lv. 3 This begins to work on internal damage done to the user, fixing organs and other wounds before they become too fatal. This is tricky work and takes some time, forcing the user to pause in combat until it's done.
Disadvantage: Sometimes Stamina is wiped out
    Energy: 50
    Lv. 4 ???
    Energy: 75

  • Omega Protocol (1 Stigmata)
Lv. 1 - Omega Come Forth Tapping into the part of her mind she has sealed off, Angela Bennet is filled with the training of a Super Soldier. Temporarily gaining bonuses to her Speed, Strength and Reflexes. (+20 speed, strength, reflexes)
Disadvantage 1: Angela's nature becomes sociopathic during the boost and for up to two days after as Omega's personality lingers.
    Energy: 40
Lv. 2 - Omega Merge Angela delves further, letting Omega come out to play in battle, this can only be used while Omega Come Forth is active, Angela lets go to allow Omega to attempt to preserve her. Her weapon attacks gain a boost to attack and her armor gains a defense boost as the Omega struggles to preserve them.
Disadvantage 1: Angela's sociopathic nature will linger for an additional two days, she will become colder and indifferent, shocking for others.
Disadvantage 2: There is a very minor chance the GM may choose to override Angela's actions to better fit the Omega personality.
Disadvantage 3: There is also a chance a further boost can trigger Angela's instincts towards good, completely cancelling out the Omega Protocol's effects and weakening Angela greatly, but preventing her from causing unintended damage.
    Energy: 60
Lv. 3 - You Are Alpha, I Am Omega Omega's personality has a superiority streak to it. In times of great stress, Angela may shut herself off and hand the keys to Omega. In this case, Omega's Sociopathic nature is used as a boost, rather then a negative track, Angela's Mind and Energy stats will be boosted temporarily and she will gain insights into people only a complete asshole could otherwise get. (+30 Mind and Energy)
Disadvantage 1: There is a very minor chance the GM may choose to override Angela's actions to better fit the Omega personality.
Disadvantage 2: There is also a chance a further boost can trigger Angela's instincts towards good, completely cancelling out the Omega Protocol's effects and addling Angela's mind greatly for a short time, but preventing her from causing unintended damage.
Disadvantage 3: There is a chance Omega can get extremely pissed off, causing her to not think cooly, instead of boosts to Mind and Energy, Angela recieves a temporary deficit.
    Energy: 70
Lv. 4 - Apotheosis, Two Become One Angela and Omega are in reality, one and the same person, Omega formed from Angela's time being secretly trained to kill by General Cran. Using that understanding, Angela and Omega combine their thought processes, producing a creature previously unencountered. Angela gains a boost to all of her stats temporarily, and can ignore a certain degree of damage she takes while fighting. +30 all stats
Disadvantage 1: This can only be used once per session.
Disadvantage 2: The combined personality lingers after the bonuses are used for a short time, for better or worse.
Disadvanrage 3: There is a chance the GM can override Angela's actions in this state to better fit the unknown personality.
Disadvantage 4: Angela is tired and drained once the bonuses wear off and will regain energy at only half the normal rate until rested.
    Energy: 80

    Omega Dragoon (1 Stigmata)
Lv. 1 Angela' unique grafting from a Human to a Dragoon provides her with adaptability. Expending energy, she can temporarily hide her Stigmata and energy levels and appear perfectly human, though any deep checking will confirm what she really is.
Disadvantage: While this is being used, Angela also can't access her powers as a Dragoon, her bond will not be severed, but it also won't function properly.
    Energy: 30
Lv. 2 Tapping into the unique aspect of human willpower, Angela can drive her Dragoon powers to greater heights. Temporarily increasing her Strength, Speed and Energy by 30.
Disadvantage 1: This can only be used once per session.
Disadvantage 2: This will leave Angela tired, regaining energy at a slower rate after combat.
Disadvantage 3: If combined with an Omega Protocol Boost, it will also make the cooldown consequences of those more severe.

    Spirit: 150
Lv. 3 Angela's unique nature to adapt to her pilots allows her to mimick one of their talent or ability trees temporarily while this ability is activated.
Disadvantage 1: This ability cannot be used if Angela loses her bond.
Disadvantage 2: The strain of quickly copying a skillset into Angela's mind will cause her to have a -20 penalty to her Mind score until she rests.
Disadvantage 3: Extended use of this ability can lead to migrains and headaches.
    Energy: 100
Lv. 4 - Energy Link Angela can form a link with any other creature that contains Guardian DNA, while this is active, Angela and the other share Energy scores like bonded Dragoons and Pilots.
Disadvantage 1: This is an issue of trust, the other Dragoon can choose to eat up Angela's energy while the link is established.
Disadvantage 2: This ability can only be used once per session.
Disadvantage 3: Angela's energy will recover only at half speed until she gets rest after this ability is broken or turned off.
    Spirit: 100

Racial Skills

  • Holy Sword (Attack)
Lv. 1 The Sword shines with Holy Light and adds Holy Energy damage onto it's attacks, slamming the enemy with righteous might.
    Energy: 30 and Spirit 50
Lv. 2 The Sword projects a focused blast of Holy infused energy. This attack strikes fast and hard!
Disadvantage 1: This attack cannot be done repeatedly, there is a short time in which the sword must cool down before it is done again.
Disadvantage 2: There is a chance the attack can fail entirely, wasting energy.
    Energy: 50 and Spirit 100
Lv. 3 A hard swing of the blade sends a wave of Holy Energy out, slamming into enemies in a cone outward. If hit, they are slammed backwards.
Disadvantage 1: Damage is lessened based on how far away the enemy is from the start of the wave.
Disadvantage 2: There is a chance the attack can fail entirely, wasting energy.
Disadvantage 3: This attack sometimes does no damage.
    Energy: 60 and Spirit 150
Lv. 4 The Dragoon focuses all her energy and strength behind this attack, swinging her blade into the enemy with devastating effects. This attack not only does intense damage, but also leaves a burning holy fire in any enemy of the Darkness element.
Disadvantage 1: While this is especially damaging to Darkness, it in turn does only half damage to Holy element targets.
Disadvantage 2: This ability can only be used once per session.
Disadvantage 3: This attack has a small chance of failing entirely, wasting energy and it's one session use.
    Energy: 90 and Spirit 300
Talents
  • Tactics
Tier 1 - Basic Battle Tactics Basic tactical knowledge when encountering simple monster encounters- the GM will provide clues when asked occassionally.
Tier 2 - Enviro / Situational Tactics Situational events or the surrounding environments might have you baffled. Sometimes battles aren't always the problem and you might need insight. The GM will provide up to 3 clues.
Tier 3 - Tactical Genius 1 on 1 This is for one on one battle situations. This lets you read your enemy better and find openings and situations. If it's a boss enemy that attacks often (not a God) and runs away, each time you will gain more data and you can call upon this tier and talent for clues from the GM. If it's an enemy type, like a Templar Commander, that you are fighting one on one, or an Elite, that you fight often, you can do the same.
Tier 4 - Puzzle Tactics This helps you solve puzzles sometimes without trying. The chances of this working is rare. But you may be given a clue or two that can help.
Tier 5 - Big Bad Tactics  This tier is devoted to the tactics of the big bads of the RPG. Either it be Gods, the Darkness, or something else throughout the long running time, this tier begins weak and slowly grows stronger each time you fight them as you gain more data. At first when you ask the GM for clues you will get nothing. Then a little something, then more.
Bonus Tier 1 You can create your own tactics in a situation. When you use this tier, you ask the GM to allow your 'tactics to have a chance a working'. When this is in play, you will put forth your insane plan to see if it will go through.
Disadvantage 1: Sometimes this fails and fails hard.
Bonus Tier 2 You can improvise in tough situations and create a new way out of a tough problem. Call it "Pulling a Captain Kirk", but you can use the resources and people you have unhand to make the impossible quite possibly possible.
Disadvantage 1: This sometimes fails and fails hard.
Disadvantage 2: You may find yourself paying a bigger price then you anticipated for your actions.

  • Leadership
Tier 1 You are capable of earning trust easier with those under your command and gaining insight into leadership tests/situations. You are taking a leadership test, you will be given clues by the person running it (3). If you in a leadership role, players and NPCs under you will trust you a bit easier with this tier up to a point. If you begin to make bad calls this will erode. The more charisma you have, the more bad calls you can make.
Tier 2 You are capable of getting strangers to trust your judgements on situations, bringing them to your way of thinking if they are of like minds. Meaning if they are in the same line of work as you and you point out a strategy they are more likely to believe you and go with your plan than before. The higher your charisma stats, the easier the time of convincing them.
Tier 3 You earn more credits per pay cycle.
Tier 4 You are capable of getting NPCs who do not have anything to do with your line of work to believe and work for your cause; they will rally to cause if you use this tier along with a motivational speech and your Charisma/Luck Stat.
Tier 5 You can bluff the enemy leaders with your talent with this tier depending on Mind, Perception, Charisma, or Luck, along with having this tier. With how many you might have following you also a factor. You can sometimes use your leadership prowness to get enemy commanders to surrender to you completely without a fight.
Bonus Tier 1 You can use your leadership abilities to rally your allies in battle, causing them to fight harder and push to their goals with more ferocity.
Disadvantage 1: This can only be used once per session.
Disadvantage 2: If you are injured while the push is made, it will automatically demoralize the crowd.
Bonus Tier 2 You have a higher chance of finding rare items off enemies.
Disadvantage 1: Sometimes, rarely, a monster will drop no gold or items at all.
Disadvantage 2: If your Luck stat is low, items you find will sometimes be broken.

  • Cooking
Tier 1 You can cook food that is tasty and doesn't make people die horrible deaths.
Tier 2 Your food is generally enjoyed by all and you are incredible at adapting new recipes that people of many walks and races can enjoy.
Tier 3 You can produce food specially made with protiens and carbs to enhance metabolism and energy for a short time. Providing a bonus to Stamina and Energy stats temporarily. +30 Stamina and Energy
Disadvantage: Sometimes you use the wrong ingredients and the Stamina and Energy boosts are halved and leave the eater feeling ill afterwards.
Tier 4 Your food now provides heavier bonuses and extends to Health as well. +40 Stamina, Energy, Health
Disadvantage 1: Shares the same disadvantage as Tier 3.
Disadvantage 2: There is a rare chance your ingredients are spoiled and will provide a negative status effect instead of a boost.
Disadvantage 3: There is a chance your cooking attempt will be botched, wasting the ingredients.
Tier 5 You can now craft food that restores Spirit / Mana instead of providing a boost. +500 Spirit/Mana restoration
Disadvantage 1: Shares the same disadvantages as Tier 4.
Disadvantage 2: This requires special ingredients that cost some credits.
Bonus Tier 1 You can "save" a meal once a session that would otherwise be ruined.
Disadvantage: It takes up an extra batch of materials, even if the cooking time is saved.
Bonus Tier 2 You can identify spoiled food easily.
Disadvantage: There is a chance you will fail to identify spoiled food, and people will look on you poorly for making them sick!

  • Manipulation
Tier 1 You are able to smooth over a difficult situation or talk your way out of something said stupidly, this is only a minor aid and doesn't guarantee success.
Tier 2 You are able to make others forget something you said that upsets them by completely distracting them with another subject.
Disadvantage: There is a chance you will fail at this and they will become even more upset or disturbed with what you said.
Tier 3 With casual conversation, you occasionally get people to impart important information or clues to what you need to do to get them to see your way in situations.
Disadvantage 1: There is a chance the information you give them is false and will only upset them if you use it.
Disadvantage 2: There is a chance this will not work at all when you try to use it.
Tier 4 Playing on someone's emotions, you can alter their perception of another person, causing them to like or dislike the person more.
Disadvantage 1: If the person senses your intent, not only will they go the opposite way on their feelings, the same will apply towards you.
Disadvantage 2: There is a small chance they will figure out what you have done after they have taken action to change their mood and will hold it against you.
Tier 5 You can attempt to get an NPC to do something they would not otherwise do by telling them little white lies or using the actions of another in order to motivate them towards your goals.
Disadvantage 1: If the person senses your intent, not only will they not do whatever it is you wanted, they will actively work against your desires.
Disadvantage 2: There is a small chance after they have performed the action that they will realize they were munipulated, you will have to deal with the consequences if they're mad at you for it.
Disadvantage 3: If they figure it out or sense what you wanted to do, there is a chance other NPCs may hold your tricky behavior against you.
Bonus Tier 1 Expending energy, you can reduce the chances that people will sense your true motives behind what you're doing, protecting you somewhat from disadvantages.
Disadvantage 1: The energy expended for something like this recovers at half the speed of normal energy moves.
Disadvantage 2: If you use this and still somehow fail, the consequences will become worse.
    Energy: 60
Bonus Tier 2 Expending Spirit, you can attempt to draw a person upset with you in and to relax on their feelings, gradually becoming more at ease with you, allowing you a chance to roleplay your way back into good favor.
Disadvantage 1: Any attempt at using previous tiers once the attempt starts will cause you to fail, you're on your own here.
Disadvantage 2: There is a chance this will fail entirely.
Disadvantage 3: This cannot be used in a main session, only minis.
    Spirit: 300

    Hacker
Tier 1 - Computer Understanding You understand computers and can use them better than the average person, capable of doing feats on them others can't always manage.
Tier 2 - Computer Hacking You can hack computers to get into their data storage units. This allows you to attempt to invade computers of the enemy.
Tier 3 - Computer Programming You can create your own programs to run on computers, aiding you in various tasks.
Tier 4 - Computer Infostruction You are able to build computer infostructures better than others so that you can run high end information.
Tier 5 - Plugged In You can plug into computers remotely and access them with your programs you've designed. This allows you not to have to be at the computer to use it. This takes up an item slot to use your datapad to plug yourself in.
Bonus Tier 1 You can attempt to Brute Force into computers instead of hacking, this requires a datapad capable of hacking.
Disadvantage 1: Brute Force isn't stealthy, you are easily detected attempting to do this.
Disadvantage 2: This will fail against sophisticated systems. No questions.
Bonus Tier 2 You can rapidly set up firewalls to protect a system you're working on when someone else attempts to hack. Allowing you to quickly cancel out the attempts of others.
Disadvantage 1: This requires an OG based on the other hacker's skill level.
Disadvantage 2: Failure means the hacker gains entry into the system in question. Allowing them to skip their own OG.

    Item Construction
Tier 1 You can craft simple items up to Tier 3.
Disadvantage: There is a chance you will use up 1.5x the amount of materials to make items you can't yet design.
Tier 2 You can now design items up to Tier 6 and craft them as well.
Disadvantage: There is a chance the items you make will malfunction, requiring more parts to fix.
Tier 3 You can now craft items up to Tier 9.
Disadvantage: There is a chance you will use up 1.5x the amount of materials to make items you can't yet design.
Tier 4 You can now design items up to Tier 12 and craft them as well.
Disadvantage: There is a chance you will make something you entirely didn't intend to. DAMN YOU SCIENCE!!!
Tier 5 Your designs are so efficient they reduce the cost of parts you need to make the items in question.
Disadvantage: There is a small chance your designs actually cost more parts to make, making the design worthless.
Bonus Tier 1 You can swiftly make items with this talent now at half the time.
Disadvantage 1: There is a chance the construction will be shoddy and single use items will fail, multiple use ones will break after a number of uses determined by the GM.
Disadvantage 2: There is a chance that any fast construction will fail and ruin all the parts used.
Bonus Tier 2 This opens up access to the Robotics Engineer Sub-Class.
Abilities

Socialite
Lv. 1 - First Impression Angela Bennet is specifically trained to cause awe in others with her entrances and the first glimpse anyone catches of her. A sensational tool intended to wow audiences by Cran, Angela can use it to her advantage. When Angela meets people for the first time, she can dazzle them with a smile and good looks. This provides her an advantage with impressing NPCs and possibly other characters.
Disadvantage: This takes preparation, proper attire, etc, it cannot be used on the fly and must be planned.
Lv. 2 - An Authoritave Voice

Angela Bennet can project her voice so an entire room takes notice. When attempting to gain attention or issue an order, Angela can focus this projection and cause people to take extra notice. NPCs are more likely to follow her orders through her Leadership Talent when this is used, it can also call a conversation to focus on her.
Disadvantage: This can also cause negative focus when used at the wrong times.

Energy: 30
Lv. 3 - Speech Angela Bennet can use the right words at the right times to get the right results. Focusing and taking time to make a speech, she can inspire people to perform better, this can get an office of politicians to give their all for a days work as much as it can boost a legion of troops before they march into battle. Anyone on Angela's side who hears this speech gains a temporary +10 to all stats for the duration of the event in which it is meant to inspire.
Disadvantage 1: This can only be used one time in a session.
Disadvantage 2: This ability also causes the Spirit spent on the speech to not restore until after the event in question.
Spirit: 50
Lv. 4 - Trust Me!

Angela Bennet has a unique ability to project her attitude out in such a way that people are more apt to trust her when presented with crazy ideas. Something about the way she speaks, the smile on her face, they remind everyone of her previous successes, making them more apt to believe she can do whatever it is she plans. This can be used in tandem with Tactics and Leadership talent effects to increase the chances other will follow.
Disadvantage 1: If the plan does not succeed, it will reflect all the more poorly on Angela.
Disadvantage 2: This ability will not work in trying to persuade enemies.

Spirit: 50

    Master Engineer
Tier 1 - Advanced Engineering You have a grasp on the finer points of Engineering and are now able to grasp complex concepts and designs.
Tier 2 - Advanced Universal Engineering This is a far greater grasp on Engineering from species to species, you're easily able to adapt to new forms of technology and combine them together to accomplish new and incredible tasks.
Tier 3 - Core Structure Engineering You now understand all you need to know to construct and maintain an Engineering core, this is vital to building ships and making complicated robots.
Tier 4 - Advanced Construction You can now build and design difficult and advanced devices such as holochambers and teleporters.
Tier 5 - Beta Engineer Angela is able to apply the designs and legacy left behind by her natural parents, the Bennets, she is able to design and create new and more powerful Beta Dragoons with this ability.
Bonus Tier 1 Due to Angela's intense knowledge about Betas, she is able to command one more then normal when using her Beta Protocol, this Beta is a lesser Beta then ones used in combat, her special Mark II Beta, a travelling assistant drone.
Bonus Tier 2 Mind Cap Boost (+10)

    Engineer Speciality I (Beta Construction)
Tier 1 - Cyborg Application Angela is able to design synthetic limbs and implants, using the bio-organic nature of Beta constructs, the basics of a cyborg and install them, with help from a Doctor.
Tier 2 - Cyborg Application II Angela is able to maintain and repair cyborg parts made by other engineers, she still needs a Doctor if surgery is needed. She can now also upgrade them, this works in congruity with Craft Item.
Tier 3 - Beta Mark III Angela can design a new level of Beta. These are an augment from her parents original designs, and now use their human replacement theory, the Betas can take on the visage of a living humanoid, however, at this level, they are clearly robotic. They are slightly more powerful then normal.
Tier 4 - Beta Mark IV Angela can design a new level of Beta. These are an augment from her parents original designs, and now use their human replacement theory, the Betas now resemble a human in their non-mech form if Angela designs them to be so, however, doing this sacrifices defensive capabilities. Her Beta units are now stronger and if not using the humanoid look, they're better armored.
Tier 5 - Beta Mark V Angela can build one Beta who will act on a subset routine of her Beta Protocol, this one does not count against her Beta Protocol limit, and acts on an Artificial Intellect, thinking and acting on it's own, but intensely loyal to Angela. She must build this Beta before the talent becomes useful.
Bonus Tier 1 Angela's Betas can now temporarily take on S-Class Mech capabilities when taking Mech form in Combat.
Bonus Tier 2 Mind Cap Boost (+10)

Lv. 2 Angela can use her tools to quickly repair a damaged Beta in battle. This "heals" them of a decent amount of damage, allowing them to participate in combat if taken out. Energy Cost: 60
Lv. 3 Angela can use her tools to quickly repair a damaged Beta in battle. This "heals" them of a significant amount of damage, allowing them to participate in combat if taken out. Energy Cost: 90
Lv. 4 Angela's ability to control Betas increases, she can command one more normal Beta in combat and the energy cost for using her Betas is reduced.

    Engineer Application I
Lv. 1 - Quick Patch Up Angela can quickly repair and restore armor that is damaged in battle, this only restores armor, not the wounds that probably came with someone's armor getting pierced. Energy Cost: 80
Lv. 2 - Get the Shields Up Angela can expel Dragoon Energy to quickly restore a dead shield core or power a device that was previously down due to a lack of electrical charge. This quickly drains Angela and leaves her tired, needing rest to restore her energy. Energy Cost: 50 (Spirit Cost to Maintain: 50)
Lv. 3 - Dragoon Systems Charge Angela can temporarily employ her knowledge of machines to simulate an energy boost within herself, temporarily granting her +40 Energy for the duration of battle. When the boost wears out, her Stamina will work at half efficiency for the rest of the battle. Spirit Cost: 500
Lv. 4 - Engineering Energy Application +20 Point and Cap Boost to Energy

    Engineer Application II
Lv. 1 - Intelligent Scanner HMD Angela uses an HMD unit to enhance her perception, the visual HUD helps her view things her eyes would not normally pick up. This grants her +20 Perception for a limited time. Energy Cost: 30
Lv. 2 - Robotic Battle Knowledge Angela can apply her knowledge of machines to enhance her battle prowess. When fighting robots or Gears, Angela's abilities and attacks are 1.5x more effective then usual.

Your Background:

Serena Cran was the creation of Alexander Cran, a daughter to inherit his empire and to instill his power over Earth. Created from the DNA of Cran and Dragoon Mother Ariel, the Omega was flawed in only one way, she had a conscience. Constantly resisting the destiny her father laid out for her and eventually leading to what was considered his first downfall, Serena sought answers on who she was and why she was thrust into the life she had been given.

She found it in the girl she had been created from, the remains of Angela Bennet, a girl who was crushed in the Ridarium Wars during the tragic events that befell Dragoon Alpha Cheryl. The daughter of the scientists behind the Beta Dragoons and gifted a legacy by them she wouldn't understand until it had long been discarded, Alexander found the girl to be the perfect candidate for his pet project, a replacement for Dragoon Mother.

Her existence led to the Dragoon War, a fight between Mother and her Alphas and Serena Cran and her Beta Units, a struggle for the freedom of the Dragoons. After a short, bloody period leading to a battle between the Alphas, the PAX team and their Allies, against the forces of Janus and EarthGOV, Warren Carmichael managed to talk Serena into backing down on her attempts, causing Serena to call for a cease fire. The Alphas were given a colony to themselves and Serena found herself branded a permenant member of Janus, until she was kidnapped and brainwashed by VI.

The recovery from the VI incident led her to become closer to William Spade, who agreed to marry her. However, this bout of love was cut short when Wind was awakened and killed William Spade, who would return in various incarnations with the common goal of benefitting Serena in all of his moves, eventualy riding in her mind and very soul, waiting for the chance to help her once more.

Angela found herself a constant force changing sides between those of good and evil in the pursuit of her own desires, always focusing on improving herself and the lives of those around here, even if they did not wish to see it as such. One such improvement was the attempt at a normal, human life by discarding the mantle and DNA of the Dragoon Omega in exchange for her old body, and the subsequent choice to take the same DNA treatment that provided Aya with her powers. Powers which ultimately led to her demise.

Angela Bennet died while trying to save the life of the man she loved, Darien Starr. At that exact moment across the galaxy a woman named Samantha Hendricks was killed by her boyfriend in an argument that went out of hand. Taking these two dying beings, Wind created Sammael, the Poison of God and sent her on her path of destiny.

That destiny was realized and Sammael, feeling she had done all she needed to do, allowed Angela Bennet to come forth once more. In a battle in her very soul, Sammael was killed by the remains of William Spade's ego and Angela was given a second lease on life. Shortly thereafter, Angela Bennet was given the choice to once again become the Dragoon Omega, she took it without hesitation and slowly she has begun to regain the powers she once lost.

After rescuing Darien only to discover the man she loved hated her for abandoning him in her act of sacrifice, Angela was further placed between a rock and a hard place when the ancient ship blasted into Hyperspace with her still on board. Now lost in the depths of space, Angela finds herself in a crew where friends are few and far between and her days are numbered as her body rejects the genetic treatment, kept alive by a serum given to her by Alexander Cran.

The Serum addiction ultimately led to her becoming a monster, a succubus who drank the blood of the living to survive. In the end she went berserk and was slaughtered by the team.

And then... years passed. Cheryl, learning of how much the men in Angela's life twisted and changed her, and seeing how Cran and his influences hurt her own life, decided that Angela Bennet deserved a fresh start. And thus, she was recreated, brought back into the timeline and her history changed based on whether her choices were affected by Chad Winters, William Spade, Xanatos Durran, Alexander Cran, or other such people. What was returned was a kind, sweet girl who works hard to protect her sisters. Will Angela Bennet ever have to confront a past which should never haunt her again? Will she ever fall as she once did.

Her future... seems brighter.
