Racial Abilities

  • Bonding (1 stigmata)
    Lv. 1 The bond is intiated with someone. Simple thoughts are shared.  
    Lv. 2 Feelings and location are shared between bond partners. You can access the mech ability.  
    Lv. 3 Powers can be shared. For one overall ability or skill you can take something from that person's race that your bond partner has learned. You can shape it into your own form though.  
    Lv. 4 The final level of bonding. You are completely intimate and intune with each other. You can also now begin this process over again with someone else if you meet certain parimeters. This allows you to transfer over stats to your bond partner and vice versa.  

    Dragoon Specialities (1 stigmata)
    Lv. 1 - Subspace A Dragoon can use the space in which they store their Dragon Form to also hold objects. The Dragoon can store up to 20 pounds of items for every 10 Strength they possess. Removing or storing objects in Subspace takes a small amount of energy.
    Disadvantage: Very rarely an object within the subspace will become lost or damaged.
    Energy: 10 per object
    Lv. 2 - Dragoon Sense The Dragoon, when concentrating, can sense others of it's kind, this ability is very hard to use and control and takes a great deal of concetration to make work properly. This ability becomes easier to use if the Dragoon in question is open and willing to be found, if it is an enemy, this is near impossible at anything more then a very short distance.
    Disadvantage 1: When located, the Dragoon in question will know they have been spotted.
    Disadvantage 2: Probability of this ability working descreases drastically depending on distance, however, there is a very small chance that any attempt at using this can fail entirely.
    Energy: 20
    Lv. 3 - Pheramones Angelos has a unique ability to produce Pheramones which cloud minds and drive up the arousal of the subject in question. Anyone breathing in these pheramones finds themselves affected by a deep exstacy. They become open to suggestion and find Angelos deeply attractive. The effects on the person varies from person to person, however. It depends on their stats - higher minds can avoid it, certain skills might, a high luck might can ask the GM if they avoid it, etc. Also if they are in love with another they can shrug it off.
    Disadvantage 1: This is a temporary effect, people subjected to this will likely be extremely upset after they've recovered.
    Disadvantage 2: Producing Pheramones has a health cost, each time Angelos uses this power, he takes a -20 hit to his Health until he gets rest.
    Disadvantage 3: Producing Pheramones is a natural part of Angelos' body, but like most chemicals produced by the body, this is limited, the GM will determine when Angelos is 'tapped out', he will remain that way for a full day.
    Energy: 60
    Lv. 4 - Beta
    Protocol
    The Dragoon has the unique ability to remote interface with Beta Class Dragoons. This allows Angelos to fully control any Beta unit, or device with Beta Black Boxes installed into it. His ability, range, and the number he can control at once are directly linked to his Bonding level and the Bond partner. Without a bond, more then three at a time can be a huge strain, with a strong partner, he has been known to command hundreds at a time. Using this ability is a two edged sword, as long as he uses it sparingly, he can control one or two without really thinking about it, however, extended use with many units will tax his mind and leave him drained.
    Disadvantage 1: There is a minor chance that when controlling too many, or too weak to control Betas, Angelos's Betas can go berserk and need to be put down.
    Disadvantage 2: EMP will disrupt Angelos's Protocol temporarily, he will need to recover, then reestablish his links to gain control, leaving units vulnerable for an extended period.
    Disadvantage 3: Angelos must completely concentrate when controlling more then three at a time, leaving him vulnerable to attacks.
    Energy: 30 per unit

    Dragoon Armor (1 stigmata)
    Lv. 1 Angelos can form basic tier 3 armor around his body. It is in the form of sleek Black Knight armor.
    Energy: 40
    Lv. 2 His armor is now basic tier 6 armor.

    His armor is now tier 9 armor.
    Disadvantage 1: If Angelos is hit by powerful energy disrupting attacks, the armor will vanish.

    The armor is now capable of self repair when damaged.
    Disadvantage 1: Repair will sometimes stop halfway through, wasting the remaining energy and not working properly until Angelos rests.

    Hyperspace Dragon Orbs (Creation) (1 stigmata)
    Lv. 1 This is for tier 3 type blasts with the weapon. It will do damage equivalent for this damage output. Bond partner's can learn this if the dragoon maxes out all four levels of the bond and agrees to allow them access to this.
    Energy: 30
    Lv. 2 This is for tier 6 type blasts with the weapon. It will do damage equivalent for this damage output. Bond partner's can learn this if the dragoon maxes out all four levels of the bond and agrees to allow them access to this.

    Lv. 3 This is for tier 9 type blasts with the weapon. It will do damage equivalent for this damage output. Bond partner's can learn this if the dragoon maxes out all four levels of the bond and agrees to allow them access to this.
    Disadvantage: Sometimes stamina will drain more rapidly when refilling Energy

    Lv. 4 This is for tier 12 type blasts with the weapon. It will do damage equivalent for this damage output.
    Disadvantage 1: Sometimes the weapon will fizzle out and will need to reform, costing the full energy usage again. 
    Disadvantage 2: If your Stigmata is messed with frequency wise, your weapons can be jammed. 
    Disadvantage 3: Sometimes, despite using Lv. 4, your attacks are Tier 3

    Dragon Mech I
    Lv. 1 This allows the dragoon to transform into your basic mech with the weapon they use as a dragoon.
    Energy: 25
    Lv. 2 The dragoon is able to shift basic shapes, while remainly roughly the same size and change weapons so the pilot can form weapons to their liking. The pilot is also able to control the dragoon at this point now so they can split duties of attacking and movement between themselves.
    Energy: 35
    Lv. 3 The dragoon is able to fly now in the standard mech form and do double the damage output. Their more fluid and agile and nimble and the pilot and dragoon are more synched with their attack duties, able to switch control at will from attack/movement/etc. They can also transmit thoughts privately to others instead of talking outloud. They are able to travel in space from here on out.
    Disdavantage: EMPs can disable the mech
    Energy: 55
    Lv. 4 The dragoon is able to turn into the mighty dragon mech form and fly about like a real metal dragon, breathing fire and other things dragons of lore can do. Including eating things. And people. Yum yum.
    Disadvantage 1: Sometimes life threatening wounds will immediately revert the dragoon back to it's normal humanoid form. 
    Disadvantage 2: If the Stigmatas are hit by the right frequency, the dragoon will demorph back to it's normal form.
    Disadvantage 3: If the dragoon takes too much damage, stamina is drained a steady rate until it hits 0 and it deforms.
    Energy: 70

  • Restoration (1 stigmata)
    Lv. 1 This allows mild restoration of damage, restoring outside damage, closing bleeding wounds so one does not bleed out. This restore Health lost and is a slow process.
    Energy: 25
    Lv. 2 The process is much quicker for outside wounds. Health loss is restored faster and bleeding wound time is cut in half. It also dulls pain.
    Energy: 35
    Lv. 3 This begins to work on internal damage done to the user, fixing organs and other wounds before they become too fatal. This is tricky work and takes some time, forcing the user to pause in combat until it's done.
    Disadvantage: Sometimes Stamina is wiped out

  • Hyperspace Dragoon (1 Stigmata)
    Lv. 1 Angelos is able to tap into and channel Hyperspace Energy, thanks to his powerful bond with his wife, Erevis. At this level he can merely tap into the energy.
    Lv. 2 Angelos can now encorporate his Hyperspace with his Dragoon Energy patterns, allowing him to use Hyperspace in his racial attacks and abilities.
    Disadvantage: Continued use of Hyperspace slowly does damage to Angelos, it can have a drastic effect on him in the long term.
    Disadvantage: Using Hyperspace takes a great toll on Angelos.
    Lv. 3 Angelos can now teleport short distances using his Hyperspace abilities, combined with his Dragoon output energy. The maximum distance is 100 meters. Hyperspace teleports are not true teleports, but straight lines at high speeds.
    Disadvantage 1: His stamina is drained based on how many teleport with him.
    Disadvantage 2: After teleporting, Angelos is tired for some time and his energy only restores at half it's normal speed.
    Disadvantage 3: Angelos can only perform this feat a limited number of times per session.
    Energy: 50
    Lv. 4 Angelos can channel hyperspace into his arms, allowing him to manipulate Progenitor Technology and burn through lesser materials with pure hyperspace.
    Disadvantage 1: Every time this is used, the tissue in Angelos' arms becomes damaged, needing time for his Restoration to repair.
    Disadvantage 2: After finishing the channelling, Angelos is temporarily stunned as he readjusts his energy, leaving him open to attack.
    Disadvantage 3: Angelos must rest after using this ability to use it again.
    Energy: 20

    Omega Dragoon (1 Stigmata)
    Lv. 1 Angelos' unique grafting from a Human to a Dragoon provides him with adaptability. Expending energy, he can temporarily hide his Stigmata and energy levels and appear perfectly human, though any deep checking will confirm what he really is.
    Disadvantage: While this is being used, Angelos also can't access his powers as a Dragoon, his bond will not be severed, but it also won't function properly.
    Energy: 30
    Lv. 2 Tapping into the unique aspect of human willpower, Angelos can drive her Dragoon powers to greater heights. Temporarily increasing her Strength, Speed and Energy by 30.
    Disadvantage 1: This can only be used once per session.
    Disadvantage 2: This will leave Angelos tired, regaining energy at a slower rate after combat.
    Disadvantage 3: If combined with an Omega Protocol Boost, it will also make the cooldown consequences of those more severe.

    Spirit: 150
    Lv. 3 Angelos's unique nature to adapt to her pilots allows her to mimick one of their talent or ability trees temporarily while this ability is activated.
    Disadvantage 1: This ability cannot be used if Angelos loses her bond.
    Disadvantage 2: The strain of quickly copying a skillset into Angelos's mind will cause her to have a -20 penalty to her Mind score until she rests.
    Disadvantage 3: Extended use of this ability can lead to migrains and headaches.
    Energy: 100
    Lv. 4 - Energy Link Angelos can form a link with any other creature that contains Guardian DNA, while this is active, Angelos and the other share Energy scores like bonded Dragoons and Pilots.
    Disadvantage 1: This is an issue of trust, the other Dragoon can choose to eat up Angelos's energy while the link is established.
    Disadvantage 2: This ability can only be used once per session.
    Disadvantage 3: Angelos's energy will recover only at half speed until she gets rest after this ability is broken or turned off.

Racial Skills

  • Hyper Dragoon (Attack)
    Lv. 1 Angelos makes a swipe with his Dragoon Orbs, they slice and cut as though they were swords.
    Energy: 50
    & Spirit 100
    Lv. 2 Angelos tosses his Orbs out, causing explosive, burning damage where they impact.
    Disadvantage 1: The orbs are dispersed with this attack, Angelos must expend energy to reform them.
    Disadvantage 2: Due to dismissing his weapons, Angelos is temporarily vulnerable to attack after tossing these.
    Energy: 20
    & Spirit 100
    Lv. 3 Angelos combines both orbs and fires them out in a focused beam of Dragoon and Hyperspace Energy.
    Disadvantage 1: This particularly forceful mix of Hyperspace requires more then the bare minimum, and damaging Angelos as he fires.
    Disadvantage 2: Using this attack is particularly difficult, Angelos is stunned and open to attack after firing for a short time.
    Disadvantage 3: This ability can only be used once per session.
    Energy: 50

    Lv. 4 Angelos quickly surrounds himself in his own energy, then blasts it outwards, striking anyone close by him with combined energy and knocking them backwards.
    Disadvantage 1: This ability is damaging to Angelos to use, requiring more then the minimum channelling of Hyperspace energy.
    Disadvantage 2: This ability can only be used once per session.
    Disadvantage 3: This attack has a small chance of failing entirely, wasting energy and it's one session use.

Talents
  • Tactics
    Tier 1 - Basic Battle Tactics Basic tactical knowledge when encountering simple monster encounters- the GM will provide clues when asked occassionally.
    Tier 2 - Enviro / Situational Tactics Situational events or the surrounding environments might have you baffled. Sometimes battles aren't always the problem and you might need insight. The GM will provide up to 3 clues.
    Tier 3 - Tactical Genius 1 on 1 This is for one on one battle situations. This lets you read your enemy better and find openings and situations. If it's a boss enemy that attacks often (not a God) and runs away, each time you will gain more data and you can call upon this tier and talent for clues from the GM. If it's an enemy type, like a Templar Commander, that you are fighting one on one, or an Elite, that you fight often, you can do the same.
    Tier 4 - Puzzle Tactics This helps you solve puzzles sometimes without trying. The chances of this working is rare. But you may be given a clue or two that can help.
    Tier 5 - Big Bad Tactics  This tier is devoted to the tactics of the big bads of the RPG. Either it be Gods, the Darkness, or something else throughout the long running time, this tier begins weak and slowly grows stronger each time you fight them as you gain more data. At first when you ask the GM for clues you will get nothing. Then a little something, then more.
    Bonus Tier 1 You can create your own tactics in a situation. When you use this tier, you ask the GM to allow your 'tactics to have a chance a working'. When this is in play, you will put forth your insane plan to see if it will go through. 
    Disadvantage 1: Sometimes this fails and fails hard.
    Bonus Tier 2 You can improvise in tough situations and create a new way out of a tough problem. Call it "Pulling a Captain Kirk", but you can use the resources and people you have unhand to make the impossible quite possibly possible.
    Disadvantage 1: This sometimes fails and fails hard.
    Disadvantage 2: You may find yourself paying a bigger price then you anticipated for your actions.

  • Leadership
    Tier 1 You are capable of earning trust easier with those under your command and gaining insight into leadership tests/situations. You are taking a leadership test, you will be given clues by the person running it (3). If you in a leadership role, players and NPCs under you will trust you a bit easier with this tier up to a point. If you begin to make bad calls this will erode. The more charisma you have, the more bad calls you can make.
    Tier 2 You are capable of getting strangers to trust your judgements on situations, bringing them to your way of thinking if they are of like minds. Meaning if they are in the same line of work as you and you point out a strategy they are more likely to believe you and go with your plan than before. The higher your charisma stats, the easier the time of convincing them.
    Tier 3 You earn more credits per pay cycle.
    Tier 4 You are capable of getting NPCs who do not have anything to do with your line of work to believe and work for your cause; they will rally to cause if you use this tier along with a motivational speech and your Charisma/Luck Stat.
    Tier 5 You can bluff the enemy leaders with your talent with this tier depending on Mind, Perception, Charisma, or Luck, along with having this tier. With how many you might have following you also a factor. You can sometimes use your leadership prowness to get enemy commanders to surrender to you completely without a fight.
    Bonus Tier 1 You can use your leadership abilities to rally your allies in battle, causing them to fight harder and push to their goals with more ferocity.
    Disadvantage 1: This can only be used once per session.
    Disadvantage 2: If you are injured while the push is made, it will automatically demoralize the crowd.
    Bonus Tier 2 You have a higher chance of finding rare items off enemies.
    Disadvantage 1: Sometimes, rarely, a monster will drop no gold or items at all.
    Disadvantage 2: If your Luck stat is low, items you find will sometimes be broken.

  • Computer Savant
    Tier 1 - Computer Understanding You understand computers and can use them better than the average person, capable of doing feats on them others can't always manage.
    Tier 2 - Computer Hacking You can hack computers to get into their data storage units. This allows you to attempt to invade computers of the enemy.
    Tier 3 - Computer Programming You can create your own programs to run on computers, aiding you in various tasks.
    Tier 4 - Computer Infostruction You are able to build computer infostructures better than others so that you can run high end information.
    Tier 5 - Plugged In You can plug into computers remotely and access them with your programs you've designed. This allows you not to have to be at the computer to use it. This takes up an item slot to use your datapad to plug yourself in.
    Bonus Tier 1 You can attempt to Brute Force into computers instead of hacking, this requires a datapad capable of hacking.
    Disadvantage 1: Brute Force isn't stealthy, you are easily detected attempting to do this.
    Disadvantage 2: This will fail against sophisticated systems. No questions.
    Bonus Tier 2 You can rapidly set up firewalls to protect a system you're working on when someone else attempts to hack. Allowing you to quickly cancel out the attempts of others.
    Disadvantage 1: This requires an OG based on the other hacker's skill level.
    Disadvantage 2: Failure means the hacker gains entry into the system in question. Allowing them to skip their own OG.

    Minor Repair
    Tier 1 Angelos is able to make basic repair to engineering type equipment when the damage is very mild.
    Tier 2 Angelos' engineering repair extends to be very basic and he can keep a system operating for a little while longer after it should give out. Disadvantage: His shortcuts will give a real engineer trouble later.
    Tier 3 Angelos can make on the field repair to shuttles and vehicles to get them running again when necessary, or repairs to ship engines to get them running temporarily as long as the designs are not too advanced. Disadvantage: This is a temporary fix and will cause more damage in the long run.
    Tier 4 If a weapon is broken, and it's energy based, Angelos can get it running again for a short amount of time. Disadvantage: It will likely be more damaged after the battle.
    Tier 5 Angelos can make repairs to Gears/Robots and get them up and running again for a time if they are damaged, but the time table for this is not long.
    Bonus Tier 1 Angelos can put her own energy into a machine to get it to run better for a time. Disadvantage: This leaves him weakened and he can't recover the energy lost that he put in it, not the energy transfer cost. Energy Cost: 20
    Bonus Tier 2 Angelos can transfer his own health into Robots and living machines to get them working temporarily. Disadvantage: He cannot recover her health transferred until a doctor heals him Energy Cost: 10

    AI Programming
    Tier 1 - Basic Programming You are capable of doing very basic programming on computers to run simple programs.
    Tier 2 - AI Advanced Programming You are now able to run moderately advanced programs on the computer. This is not geared toward hacking or system infostructures, just AI programming. Disadvantage: Others can hack the system if they know how to d oso.
    Tier 3 - AI Complex Brain Systems You are capable of programming advanced AI programs for the brains, allowing them to have complete neurological systems that are necessary for thought processes. Disadvantages: Sometimes this can lead to errors in the programming that can lead to the AI developing in ways unexpected.
    Tier 4 - Complete Robotic AI This is the final step in programming artifical intelligence.
    Tier 5 -AI Independence This gives the AI it's own soul and thought, allowing it to be it's own person at this level of programming. Disadvantage: The programmer can no longer control what the new lifeform will do.
    Bonus Tier 1 You can relate to AI programs more easily. Disadvantage: Somtimes this blinds you to their agendas.
    Bonus Tier 2 Because AI programs relate to you more, you can manipualte them easier. Disadvantage: This goes both ways.
Abilities

  • Zen Focus
    Lv. 1 - Spirit Fountain Focusing Spiritual Energy, Angelos can quickly refill his Energy Meter.
    Disadvantage: This can only be performed once per session.
    Spirit: 100
    Lv. 2 - Spirit Energy Boost Focusing Spiritual Energy, Angelos can give himself a temporary +30 Boost to Energy, this ignores stat caps but goes away after battle.
    Disadvantage 1: There is a chance this ability will not activate properly.
    Disadvantage 2: There is a small chance this ability will cause Angelos' Stamina to only work at half strength for the battle.
    Spirit: 200
    Lv. 3 - Zen Defense Expending Spirit, Angelos can enhance his senses allowing him to better avoid attacks and dodge strikes.
    Disadvantage 1: There is a chance that this ability will not activate properly.
    Disadvantage 2: This ability can sometimes malfunction, causing Angelos to experience a high, slowing his reaction times.
    Spirit: 150
    Lv. 4 - Zen Mastery Expending Spirit, Angelos can highten her focus on a task he is performing. When declared, this ability will slow an OG greatly.
    Disadvantage 1: This ability can only be used a single time in one session.

Your Background:

Angelos Cran was born a brother. The twin brother of Angelus Cran, the brother of Angela Bennet, he was one half of a perfected creature, the Omega Dragoons. Created years before the advent of the PAX, born after the Ridarium Wars and kept in secret from all others, Alexander Cran made his sons to be perfection personified. For years they were constantly drilled with the knowledge and mental training they would need to seize the inheritance of Cran and make the name a legend.

When they awoke, it was far too late to save their beloved father, and with their prototype, Angela, dead, they had only one resolve in mind, vengance. Forming the Hermes Group, the Brothers built their own Janus from the ashes of their father's downfall. Recruiting only the best of the best, or in the case of the passionate Angelus, those who pleased him the most. Angelos was born to be the passion, the fire, and the determination to succeed, while his brother was the rationale, the one whom would be their conscience and steady ground. Both brothers were made for a simple purpose, to mate with Cheryl and create from her the perfect heir, intended to be the new body of Alexander Cran.

As such they were cursed, given a genetic leaning to persue their sister at all costs, given terrible pains if they did not fulfill their goal. Driven to escape the pain, Angelos became an sexual addict, needing to sate himself with countless women, soon turning his female soldiers into a breeding stock with which he created the Dragoon Weapons. They needed their sister, and they set out to capture her and make her their own, going so far as to attempt to put her under their control as Omegas. All was going according to plan, until the day they captured Erevis Zhenmei.

The Elder Erevis, who had exiled herself to a quiet life on Earth, was easy pickings for Hermes to collect. When they did, as no one on the PAX or the Military seemed bothered to check on her, they held her in quiet captivity for some time. After a violent attempt to break out, Angelos was able to secure Erevis and when he did, his passions brought him to try and tame her as a mate. This plan seemed to succeed, as Erevis gave into his whims and before long, was pregnant with his child. With this new 'chain', Erevis was unable to use her powers to escape, as Angelos well knew, and she consented to be his.

However, as time went by, Angelos began to really fall in love with Erevis, and with that love, his personality and desire shifted. Soon he began to get to know his sister from afar, not as a stalker, but as a brother truely wanting to get to know his family. Resulting in his constant stepping in and secretly helping both Cheryl's team and the PAX in several dangerous encounters, all to preserve lives. Eventually this extended in Angelos sneaking onto the PAX with Erevis and seeking the aide of Jennifer Carmichael, who, with her daugther Tamara, figured out a cure for Angelos' genetic disposition to need Cheryl.

Before he could be freed however, Angelos was forced to unmask himself to Cheryl, delivering some of her kidnapped team members. It was then, that he had to make a choice, and with some hesitation, turned on his twin brother, betraying Hermes and giving away their locations, allowing Cheryl to persue Angelus and end the conspiracy that was tearing the team to pieces. This, coupled with the actions on board the PAX that the Progenitors took, have allowed a small time of peace, Angelos, now free, lives in the Mansion with Cheryl, attempting to get to know his new family and relearn all he sacrificed to save his sister's life.

With the reemergance of his twin brother and the revelation that Angelus has joined the Others, Angelos has been spending considerable time working as a counterbalance. Taking in as many Hermes agents has he can, he has revived his old, formerly evil military organization with a new goal of providing lives for the small army of children he created from his seed and altered Weapon humans. This however has not prevented Steel and Angelus from using the data of his experiments to create the next breed of Dragoon Weapons.
