Dragoons:
Mirror Dragoons, called Dragons sometimes, were already a bit rare before the time change occurred by whatever being messed with the Mirror Universe. Everyone already knows pretty much about how the Prime Dragoons work (if not just go to their character creation), but for the Mirror Universe they originally pretty fairly close to the same origin. They were from the Mirror Earth when everyone came from Kumen, hence the low population; now, however, Mirror Earth's history has changed so that Dragoons were never created on it, leading to a paradox meaning that any remaining dragoons on Kumen are the last ones.
The few key differences between Prime and Mirror Dragoons are that the Mirror Dragoons have a white stripe in their hair, they are all age locked between 16-19, and they can have multiple partners at once.
Dragoons are capable of wielding great amounts of mana, making them excellent meisters and spellcasters oddly enough, especially in the fire department and transformation. If they have a bond partner they can really do some damage, since unlike their Prime Counterpart, they become living dragons.
Despite the fact that Dragoons lean toward the mana side of things, it does not necessarily mean they cannot wield spirit energy or spirit magiks. Just that normal magiks are more easily wielded by them.
Note that bonded partners can share Special a few special moves between themselves if they have the slots for it, but they cannot go over the alloted slots available.

Half Race: 13.
Pure Dragoons can take all 4 racial abilities of their choosing as they level up, however hybrids have to pick 2 and 2 from their other chosen race.
Full Dragoon Stat Boost Bonus: +4 Strength, +2 Willpower, +1 Intelligence, +3 Wisdom
Half-Dragoon Stat Boost Choices: +2 Strength, +1 Willpower, +2 Wisdom
Racial Ability A: Stigmata A: This allows the Dragoon to restore some health when in a dire situation or restore some health to their bonded partner.
Racial Ability B: Stigmata B: Allows the Dragoon to form their dragon form without a bond partner present. Must still be bonded.
Racial Ability C: Stigmata C: Allows the Dragoon to form a temporary shield around themselves for a brief period time. Once per session.
Racial Ability D: Stigmata D: Allows the Dragoon to double their strength and speed for a temporary amount of time. Afterward, cool down is required.
