The Ambassador is a pillar of Charisma, everything they do is through the power of being liked and likeable. With their Spirit, they show the amazing capacity to bring out the best in those around them and to make their enemies falter. Never underestimate a cute face.

Below is a list of advantages and disadvantages you pick to replace advantages/disadvantages you might have or simply add to your character's list for flavor. For every advantage you pick you have to pick a disadvantage, however.

You can also choose to replace one of your character's racial excel and decel stats with one of the Ambassador's choices.

Excel Stats: Charisma, Mind, Perception (1 level up gives you 10 points in each.)

Detriment Stats: Strength, Mele Weapons, Ranged Weapons (2 level ups give you 5 points in each.)

 

Class Advantages/Disadvantages:

Advantage: You get special insights sometimes into seeing how to deal with NPCs and others in order to maintain peace.

Advantage: If you say something or do something to upset others, you have an easier time trying to undo it or make up for it.

Disadvantage: You have more trouble in combat and if you are caught in a one on one battle you are in trouble.

Disadvantage: Sometimes your attacks fail. Period.

 

When you reach Lv. 25 with the Ambassador, they can either be upgraded to Negotiator Class or Diplomat Class.

 

If you have an idea for a talent/ability/skill not listed below you fill fits into the Class listed, speak with the GM to create it. If it too advanced, he might just inform you it will go into the Advanced Class version of the Class.

 

Talents:

1) Empathetic Schemes: Your grasp of social situations and the way people simply act and behave has made you more then capable of guaging and munipulating others. Your form of combat isn't that of a fighter or a healer, your battlefield is the area of conversation and interaction.

Tier 1 - Natural Empathy:  This isn't psionics, this is knowing how to read the person better then they can read themselves. You're so good at tracking the nuances of others in conversation that you can read them like an open book. Much like Lie-Dar, this ability tells you something of your targets actions, but beyond lies, it will tell you if they're hiding something, nervous, or making up a story. At this stage, you can only guage people's outward feelings and simple lies. 1 Class Level cost

Tier 2 - Empathetic Reasoning: Your knowledge of the personal has risen even further, now you can use body language and eye movements to help you figure out a person's intentions. At this stage, you can begin to tell if someone's actions have alterior motives and when someone's lying to you, you know it. 1 Class Level cost

Tier 3 - Empathetic Deduction: You can now begin to read people like an open book, through body language, eye movements, tone of voice and the choices that people make, you now gain insight into people you have long conversations with as though you were telepathic, however, you can't access direct thoughts, the GM will give you hints as to things you probably shouldn't know, you can annoy people like Sherlock Holmes. 1 Class Level cost

Tier 4 - Light Yagami: Your attention to detail and ability to read people is second to none, now you can turn things around on others, use your knowledge of them to subtly munipulate them to do what you want them to do. If you're negotiating, this helps you get others to agree to your terms rather then their own through what they think is sound reasoning. 1 Class Level cost

Tier 5 - You chart your own course here for what you want to specialize in on the body knowledge wise and what you want to learn more about and how it performs. This tier is what you choose to master in. ? Class Level cost

2) Master Munipulator: This is if you want to take the knowledge from the above talent tree and take it to further levels, this will allow you to take your ability to read others and get them to do what they want to higher levels, you could also turn this around and make it more about getting the truth out of people instead of just munipulating them to your own ends. Then for the fifth tier, you can either design something to force the truth from an NPC or player, or choose to make an NPC change their mind on a massive decision once every few episodes.

3) Ultimate Idol: Popularity is as powerful a tool as any in the Ambassadors Arsenal. With this tree the Ambassador is so lovable that good things happen just because people love the Ambassador so much.

Tier 1 - Loved By Many: The Ambassador is extremely popular in a small area, usually say, the PAX or on a country on Earth. Many people will flock to see the Ambassador, often forgiving anything odd they do and seeing it in the most likable manner possible. 1 Class Level cost

Tier 2 - Worshipped By Many: The love garnished by the Ambassador has grown so powerful that people will willingly throw money, take blows for, and care deeply as to the actions of the Ambassador. This is a double edged sword, many will side with your ideals now, however, are those ideals the best for all? 1 Class Level cost

Tier 3 - Idol to Many: Pure Devotion is garnished by the Ambassador now. In their region, they are on the same level as rulers, if they don't already rule, when it comes to devotion. Often the rulers themselves will take special favor or interest for this person. You are now spoken of outside your region, people are interested in this up and coming star. 1 Class Level cost

Tier 4 - Beloved of the Galaxy: You are now famous worldwide, galaxy wide, and even universe wide. If you are a star, your works are now shown all over, your influence is now multiregional, you are a Diva, you are popular, you are well known. Unless you are protected, people will desire to have you now. 2 Class Levels cost

Tier 5 - Galactic Idol: You are a God or Goddess made flesh. While you don't command power over the universe, your songs, your speeches, your acting, whatever it is you do... it touches the hearts of all. Enemies will now even hesitate to harm you, because why stop the music? 2 Class Levels cost

Bonus Tier 1: You design where this ability goes from here, perhaps your populaity gives you bonuses while performing logically involved activities? 2 Class Levels cost

3) Moneybags: This talent tree represents another commanding power of the Ambassador, the allocation of funds! Perhaps you're a rich entrepenuer, perhaps a well paid Holovid actor, or maybe you're simply ruler of a country, however it's happened, you have money, and you know how to throw it around.

Tier 1 - Windfall: Your parents left you money, you're a well paid ambassador and have access to greater funds, you're a teen idol and music sale are booming. However it happened, you've gained a ton of credits. You can use this in RP by representing yourself as well off. You have nice cars, live in a mansion or a private zone, you have your own business, etc. 1 Class Level cost

Tier 2 - Windfall 2: Your money is better off then just living comforterably, you can now throw it around in RP to change things. You can make large donations to the poor, buy a zone for people who need it, hire an assassin to take out someone you don't like. You have the power and it's made of credits. 1 Class Level cost

Tier 3 - Money Makes Money: You're so good with money you've made your profession work for you on a power level. You now get a pay increase wherever it is you are working, or however you get your primary pay. You charming thing you, you managed to get your boss to like you! 1 Class Level cost

Tier 4 - Money Talks: You can now use your money to sway people's feelings on a subject. In short, you can offer a bribe if the going gets tough. There's always someone who loves money to help you out, right? 2 Class Levels cost

4) True Diva: After taking the Ultimate Idol talent, you can take this talent. It represents your ability to charm people on a grander scale. Some might say the way you get people to do what you want is almost supernatural at this point.

5) Diplomatic Immunity: An Ambassador needs to be protected from other laws and on the understanding that they aren't captives wherever they tread. Take this to represent your ability to skirt the edges of law and avoid nasty situations involving being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

6) Cronies: A good Ambassador knows how to delegate, take this tree if you wish to have bodyguards and other loyal people, every Idol needs an entourage after all, otherwise they're just not cool.

7) Entertainer Adept: Whether a singer, musician, writer or artist, you specialize in pleasing a crowd, take this tree to enhance the power and emotional range of your works. What you do may sway the hearts of evil.

8) Virtuoso: Another level of Entertainer Adept, take this only after you take the above. This represents the remarkable ability to vary one's talents and combine them to put on the most unforgetable of shows.

Abilities:

1) Please Don't Hurt Me!!!: Ambassadors are people of peace. This is the ability to act so perfect harmless that even mindless predators give you pause before eating you.

Lv. 1: When an enemy targets and goes after the Ambassador, they're screwed! Actually they can use this ability to appear perfectly harmless. Whether it's an act or simply being cute, the Ambassador is specifically negating the attentions of an enemy. Only weak, sentient enemies are affected at this level. Energy: 20 / 1 Class Level cost

Lv. 2: When an enemy targets and goes after the Ambassador, they're screwed! Actually they can use this ability to appear perfectly harmless. Whether it's an act or simply being cute, the Ambassador is specifically negating the attentions of an enemy. Most sentient enemies, soldiers, people who aren't pure evil are affected at this level. Energy: 30 / 1 Class Level cost

Lv. 3: When an enemy targets and goes after the Ambassador, they're screwed! Actually they can use this ability to appear perfectly harmless. Whether it's an act or simply being cute, the Ambassador is specifically negating the attentions of an enemy. Most intelligent foes and some animals who only act on instinct are affected at this level. Energy: 40 / 1 Class Level cost

Lv. 4: When an enemy targets and goes after the Ambassador, they're screwed! Actually they can use this ability to appear perfectly harmless. Whether it's an act or simply being cute, the Ambassador is specifically negating the attentions of an enemy. Most if not all enemies will actively avoid and leave you alone now, even mindless predators and machines programmed for evil. Energy: 60 / 1 Class Level cost

2) Charm: You need to take the Ultimate Idol talent, this allows you to actively use your ability to change people in battle, turning the tide by perhaps changing an enemy into an ally.

Lv. 1: The power of your charm can make the enemy hesitate and think about what they're doing. Enemies with up to 20 lower Charisma then your own turn and fight for you instead of against you, for a small period of time or until you or an ally of yours damages them. Energy: 40 / 1 Class Level cost

Lv. 2: The power of your charm can make the enemy hesitate and think about what they're doing. Enemies with up to 10 lower Charisma then your own turn and fight for you instead of against you, for a moderate period of time or until you or an ally of yours damages them. Energy: 50 / 1 Class Level cost

Lv. 3: The power of your charm can make the enemy hesitate and think about what they're doing. Enemies with up to 1 lower Charisma then your own turn and fight for you instead of against you, for a long period of time or until you or an ally of yours damages them. Energy: 80 / 1 Class Level cost

Lv. 4: The power of your charm can make the enemy hesitate and think about what they're doing. Nearly any enemy, even with higher Charisma then your own turn and fight for you instead of against you, for an extended period of time or until you or an ally of yours damages them. If they survive the battle, you have a chance to turn them to your side, or you can make them leave peacefully. Energy: 100 / 1 Class Level cost

3) Glamour: Your attention to your looks, how you act and what you do can drastically increase your Charisma.

Lv. 1: You increase your Charisma by 10 and your stat cap by 20. 2 Class Level cost

Lv. 2: You increase your Charisma by 30 and your stat cap by 40.2 Class Level cost

Lv. 3: Your Charisma cap breaks, increasing from 100 to 150. 3 Class Level cost

Lv. 4: You cna opt to increase your Charisma points up to 20 points or you may choose to gain +500 Spirit. 2 Class Level cost

4) Inspiration!: With the power of your presence and your ability to lift the hearts of those around you, you can perform and make your allies stronger and better then they were before. LOVE POWAH!

Lv. 1: Your performance boosts the stats of your allies by 10 for a short time.. Spirit Cost: 150 / 1 Class Level cost

Lv. 2: Your performance boosts the stats of your allies by 30 for a moderate amount of time. Spirit Cost: 300 / 1 Class Level cost

Lv. 3: Your performance boosts the stats of your allies by 45 for a decent amount of time. Spirit Cost: 450 / 1 Class Level cost

Lv. 4: Your performance boosts the stats of your allies by 60 for a long time.. Spirit Cost: 700 / 1 Class Level cost

5) Dazzling!: You attack not with weapons, not with mystic powers, but the amazing ability to appear so damn beautiful or cute that enemies are stunned and confused.

Lv. 1: You pose. Those watching are so amazed by your aura that they can do nothing but gaze for a few precious seconds. Looks can kill! Spirit Cost: 100 / 1 Class Level cost

Lv. 2: You do something incredibly sexy or adorable. The enemy is entranced temporarily and lowers their defenses to oncoming attacks. Spirit Cost: 200 / 1 Class Level cost

Lv. 3: You deliver a speech, sing a song, or dance so incredibly that multiple enemies around you must all stop and stare, both stunning them and causing them to lower their guard. If they are holding any hostages, they immediately drop them. Spirit Cost: 350 / 1 Class Level cost

Lv. 4: Simply Dazzling! You put on a performance so enthusiastic that enemies will be stunned, drop their guard, drop any weapons and begin to clap, giving your allies the total advantage. Spirit Cost: 700 / 2 Class Level cost

6) Status Dance!: Your ability to deliver your performance, your speech, your dance, is so amazing it actually causes others to exhibit physical responses.
