Stardate: 10-592.3.24

Session 201: Dealings

Leyaeh matches wits with Shiva, laying her cards on the table as to the evidence mounting against the Cartel. Shiva leaves her holding 100 pages of useless information dodging the subject. She talks it over with Ao and Erevis and they seem in agreement, things are slowly getting out of control.

Back on Earth, Cheryl sees off Miyuki, Kasha, Lorelei, Katrina, Zephyr, and Angela who are headed on a vacation to show Lorelei some of the more interesing locations in the world. After they leave, Darien arrives to discuss the mounting issues with the group. The team sits down with Cheryl and they review. Steel has laid plans to create a new generation of Dragoons, completely loyal to him. As Steel garners support in the senate, it looks like he plans to run against Darien in the coming election. Darien is hard pressed to keep his approval ratings up, the only barrier between the team and Steel's bastard practices.

They also learn that he's been recruiting the weak, the old, and the sick for some sort of work, though no one has seen the people hired since they've signed on.

Jennifer gives Thomas his medical while Cadueceus shows up to inspect the recently poisoned Erevis. Jen and Caducues have a charming conversation where Jen sells Cad a night with Ethan to fix up Erevis. Ethan protests, but is powerless against his elders. Megumi appears for a touching reunion with Caduceus and Jennifer convinces Caduceus to help Kumiko learn to use his power.

Also in the following time period, Isis, Kasha, and Miyuki continue to grow closer after Isis taught them about mating between females, the three of them slowly becoming unseperable.

Stardate: 10-592.4.1

Cheryl greets her family members as the vacation group returns, as well as Tabetha and Leira from their honeymoon, Leira immediately disembarks to repack for her mission, then she, Kumiko and Hale head to the PAX to assist Yasha. Peter and Eluere find credit card information from one of the missiong workers becoming active.

This leads to a mission where Josephine, Miyuki and Lisa head to the store, with Peter guarding the outside. Josephine and Miyu keep the store clerk busy as Lisa sneaks in the bad and downloads the security footage for the sale day. They make it out in one piece and head back home.

Back on the PAX in 1B, Athena teaches Thomas the finer points of soup kitchenery and the secret recipe for Love Soup. Yasha readies her group to head out to the Tsivrixsh homeworld.

Stardate: 10-592.4.2

Session 202: 24

Twenty Four Hours, 1440 Minutes. A lot can happen in such a seemingly short amount of time. On the PAX, Yasha's group heads out into Tsivrixsh space, landing on the Tsiv Homeworld and beings escorted to Shritrav's luxurious mansion. Here, Kumiko seduces Shritrav's cousin while the rest of the team attempts to solve a series of puzzles, leading to a treasure trove of documents and information proving Kyun the Emporer of the Tsivrixsh and his various horrific acts to get into power.

In 1B, Athena leads her group of Soup Givers, Jennifer, Sammael and Thomas down into the poor sections where they sing and give out special soup. An incident occurs where a man attempts to bully Jennifer out of more soup and Athena puts him down. This later leads to a conflict where the man kidnaps Athena, holds her captive, and the combined team of Erevis, Ao, Leyaeh, Jennifer, Sammael and Thomas team up to track her down and save her from a face full of reactor, the man injured badly and arrested for his crime.

The Military Team follows leads and relaxes for the morning, but spends their evening chasing down leads on the missing workers. First tracking a prostitute down in a Brazilian town, which leads to her having used the credit card by request. They're able to gather more information leading them to a possible factory. That afternoon, they set off on a mission to the city in Brazil believed to be in Steel's control. As they close in, they detect energy signatures from warheads powering up. The team splits into two, racing against the clock and having to disarm each warhead and contain them. This takes them to the last minute of the countdown, when Angelos disables the last bomb, allowing the team to live. However, the time taken also allows Steel's teams to clean house and get away.

Miyuki gives Erevis the idea of mining for rare material to give new jobs and provide them with a source of currency and material for ships.

Stardate: 10-592.4.7

Session 203: Schooling

While Cheryl waits to follow the one lead they have - the wife of the soldier that they used to get the information on the bombs by tracing phone calls to her - and Darien has been busy dealing with the Senate, trying to get more power over them due to his Presidency coming off weak, things have been relatively quiet following the events of last week. Cheryl gathers everyone and reveals that she had Tabetha working on using the holographic rooms to new heights in making a complete high school area and playground for their kids and selected kids from the PAX as well. The group quickly works on deciding if they have time to teach classes and if so what days, as well as what clubs and what not to attend. Cheryl also makes Miyuki and Kasha attend classes for their senior year. She also makes many of the NGDs attend as well to get the experience of classes. They also learn the person Cheryl chose to be principal based on his outstanding performance records is none other than Cedarton.

Stardate: 10-592.4.9

Those who decided to teach classes: Katrina literature for all race, Athena for music class and social classes, Isis for history, and Aya/Megumi for science where they switch off on the various days so they have free time, Jennifer mathmatics and medical, Sammael for math, and so on, along with Thomas, they reach their first snag when Cedarton runs Thomas out due to his attitude, creating a strain between the two men. This leads to Thomas going on a two drinking bender in his room, since Cedarton cut deep with a reference to his dead family. When Mem asks Katrina why she even cares, Katrina informs her that she's come to love her too and that she would be sad to lose her as well, much to Mem's confusion. Meanwhile, Miyuki and Kasha confront Cedarton on being a vampire, and learn he doesn't drink human blood and he sends them on their way with a stern lecture about questioning their principal. And getting dentention.

Stardate: 10-592.4.11

With how the school is designed for shifts and different times, with redundant teachers for classes so others can do their jobs on certain days, the school offically opens finally, which some reluctant students, like Kasha, Miyuki, and Hale, present, while others like Em look forward to learning, having never done this before. Katrina meanwhile works on getting Thomas out of his funk, having let him stew in his own depression for two days. After telling him he's disrespecting his family's memory by doing this, she leaves him to think it over. Returning to her bar, things begin to get out of hand when an explosion on a tram goes off, killing all those aboard, and when Erevis goes to investigate, she is pelted with food, the crowd blaming her and not letting her near to help. As Leyaeh tries to get order and many go to help with school out, chaos breaks out with the unruly crowd. Erevis seems shellshocked people are blaming her for this and her mining for rare material intiative is seen as her hoarding the galaxy's riches while other races are unable to travel and mine anymore. They claim she's withholding sharing the PAX's technology and making herself to be a tyrant. While others try to free the injured and dying, Erevis finds herself facing a crowd of hate when another explosion goes off - at Katrina's bar.

Mem and others freak out learning Katrina was in the bar and rush to the scene, beating the crap out of people there causing the trouble while trying to get any survivors out. Thomas manages to get JM and Katrina out with help, Katrina's hand missing from the explosion so he ties off the bleeding stump. Ariel Knight shows up to deal with the impeding crisis, threatening anyone who steps forward to cause more trouble, having begun to act more normal since her mind was altered and repaired by Athena in the bar to give her emotions that were not suicidal.

Four hours later, with many exhausted from the healing and resting in the medical bay along with the wounded, such as Ulieah after healing Katrina's hand back to her stump, the ship's crew learns from Isis that the bomb was made to go off anywhere they use hyperspace - which is everywhere - and that it was made from substances found on various Cartel clothing that when combined made the explosive. Meanwhile, the Fellowship of the Order messags all datapads on the ship informing them that they will continue to strike against the PAX to free the people from tyrannt and ensure that the PAX shares all it's technology with every race in the galaxy and that Erevis mining for gold and gems was the last affront they would stand for. While they debate what to do and what to share, Leyaeh leaning toward medical equipment, Paladin informs Thomas that he is now working full time for EarthGov and it was time to prepare their statement and stance on this.

10-592.4.12

With Miyuki and Kasha continuing to do their ghost hunting, Cheryl has remade their Kitsune Udon from scratch inside the base, giving the area to Miyuki to use in her ghost/demon hunting, with the promise she can tag along whenever. She also set it up so Miyuki can use the state of the art tracking systems to get cases and follow events. Now the two kitsune are back in business that they were in the past: kicking undead and demonic ass.

Stardate: 10-592.4.13

Session 204: Conspiracy Theory

The following two days continue to see issued statements by the Fellowship of Order, stating that the medical equipment is not enough and inadequate, that the trade routes are still crippled and that the long waits to use the teleporters - due to the fact Erevis refuses to charge to use them so it takes time to process the large number of races that use PAX as a central nexus, the drain on PAX's system costing a lot - and calling Erevis' speech about her feelings on the matter and how she feels about it is all lies. The people of the ship have begun to argue who should replace Erevis, some leaning toward the Cartel because of their ability to make profit with trade routes and others Ambassador Kyun for his generousity in making the poor zones.

Paladin informs the Earth ambassadors in their embassy that President Darien Starr wishes for them to support the PAX's independence to do what it wills with it's technology, while the Senate wishes for them to rally to the support of those wanting to share the technology for all and asks for the opinions and votes of the ambassadors. It hinges on Thomas' vote, who actually votes to support those wanting to share the technology.

Those on the bridge and command crew begin to debate what to do about the terrorist and growing unrest and Leyaeh and Ao begin to formulate the plan to use the teleporters to send everyone home. Leyaeh, having confronted Shiva Seventies privately about the Cartel colonists having the materials and then been given the run around with the large document, has locked onto the colony Maday as the source of likely trouble. However, Erevis admits she is considering ending the PAX, seeing it as failure because the people cannot work toward peace and see to the future that is coming - the Others. It is clear the stress of her faith being broken is getting to her. Ao and Leyaeh watch Erevis walk off to ponder the fate of the PAX and the future.

10-592.4.14

Cheryl, at the mansion base, informs her people that the President is furious to learn that Paladin the ambassadors on PAX decided to side with those demanding the shared technology and that she is beating Erevis is not happy about it. They begin to debate if Darien will even survive his remaining 3 years before the Senate tries to have him removed for someone like Steel, the conversation turning to the lack of foresight about the Others and Angelus, wondering if there are still agents underground on the planet before hyperspace was cut off. But before they can go further into it, Cheryl's datapad informs her that the sensors she set up in the soldier's wife's house indicate he is there now. The team quickly moves on it.

When they enter they find the lifesigns they detected belong to two poor saps and the soldier and his wife have escaped, leading to a hunt and search that ends in his capture with teamwork. Taking the soldier back to the detention cells, the group tries to interrogate him, but he refuses to speak, as if daring them to hurt him. Debating what to do and if they should bring in outside help like Mem, Cheryl says she will try to play it by the book first before throwing it out and to ask again in 48 hours for volunteers to help

Following the statement by Earth yesterday, Thomas Aduxley has received the cold shoulder and is no longer invited to 1B. While he's not stopped from aiding in the poor, Athena has even quit talking to him and Katrina is less communicative as well. He butts heads with a man named Ronald over his abuse of his daughter Bev, who has begun working for Ulieah to make some cash and is clearly underfed. Aya continues to research the colony Maday that might be where the terrorists came from, and finds it to be a planet of jerks. Erevis informs Megumi she intends to end the PAX, contacting Leyaeh to rewire all the teleporters to send people back to their home planets. She tells Leyaeh she plans to make an announcement about it in 3 days. Erevis goes on to explain she will allow the other races to be taken over so they can finally learn what it is they are fighting and how only being united can they hope to have true freedom, while she prepares an Empire to be the light against the dark. She will allow those who wish to, to join them as members of the Empire, and others who will sign strict documents to be allies. After being talked out of naming it the Kitty Empire, least people turn their ire toward Famfrits, Erevis gets the suggestion from Amaterasu to use the Suisen Empire.

Isis comforts Miyuki meanwhile over her guilt for giving Erevis the idea of mining the gold and gems in asteroids, which led to the Order using it against Erevis and beginning the whole mess. Isis assures Miyuki that she made Erevis happy with the idea and giving them hope for a future down the road. All the while they listen to the Order preaching about how women should give their bodies up to help men do what needs to be done.

10-592.4.16

The prisoner so far has not broken down despite lack of food and sleep, and his mind is shielded against mental invasion. When Peter suggests using the wife to get to him, Cheryl balks, her hand going to her stomach - indicating Chii impregnated her on her birthday. They discuss the Order and it's policies on women and the world going to hell, plus whatever big announcement Erevis has in 2 days. Sighing at the state of events, Cheryl announces she plans to let Warren interrogate the man to leave no ties to them.

10-592.4.18

Everyone is gathered to watch the message from Erevis; Paladin and Thomas at the Earth Embassy, Katrina in her bar with patrons who glare with disdain and Bev with bruises on her face, and many others - the reports of rape have been increasing and women are not always reporting it. Anarchy is beginning to reign. And now Erevis announces the Suisen Empire and that if people want to join, they will go through a series of forums to become citizens, including nanites injections, and those who wish to be allies will have to sign certain papers to remain on the PAX for representation. Many of the people on the ship react in anger, stating Erevis is taking their ship from them as if it was their's all along. She states that in 4 days those who have not opted to become citizens will be transported off the ship. Immediately the Order begins to tweet that the PAX must be taken and that by doing this, Erevis has shown herself to the enemy of the universe. As riots break out, including the bar, people like Bev begin to ask about citizenship discreetly. Sammael and Robb decide to work with Gem and Aya to work on getting CHIP repaired finally, deciding it's time to have the computer back to aid in the things to come. During all this, Paladin sends Thomas back to Earth to report this to the Senate and the President.

Cheryl and Peter take Thomas to meet with President Starr, who listens to what Thomas says about Erevis' plans. Darien informs them calmly that the Senate will demand war with the PAX due to this, since they will be cuto ff from their planets and colonies until they figure out how to rewire all the teleporters the PAX made and they'll have to charge for it, since they couldn't, or wouldn't, eat the debt up like the PAX did, which would lead to a recession. Thomas slowly begins to understand that he had a hand in these matters and downward spiral. He volunteers to take PAX citizenship to report back to Darien on what's happening on PAX while Darien states he plans to accept trade agreements of any sort to try to prevent EarthGov from entering too deep of a recession.

Darien also grimly announces the Order has begun cropping up on Earth and when they get all the poor from the PAX it will be a strain on the economy since Erevis paid to keep them fed and they can't afford to. They all agree dark times are coming.

10-592.4.20

During her many jobs, Ulieah is cut as someone passes her in the plaza. Also, Katrina takes pity on Thomas and allows him to sleep in the night club until Ethan lets him room with him.

Stardate: 10-592.4.21

Session 205: Countdown to Misery

Cheryl calls a meeting forth stating that their ourside source, Warren, managed to get the information they needed to go on. Bringing up the Amazon jungle, close to the location of the city of the bombing plot during Session 202: 24. She notes that Steel has to know they're coming due to taking his man and that it will likely be a trap, but they have to risk it to rescue the poor people who are being taken and experimented on to become the new Dragoons under Steel's complete control.

On the PAX, Ao reports the races that have agreed to the trade agreements: the Tsivrixsh Empire and the Cartel have apparantly agreed to the conditions. She goes onto say the Shiva had a smile that indicated she planned to look for a work around on the agreements as soon as possible and that they should deny her. Erevis responds with the Tsivrixsh disturb her more, with the Emperor posing as an Ambassador according to Yasha's information. The topic turns to the fact Ulieah was cut and Erevis wondering if possible someone wanted the nanites out of her blood since she is a citizen now, in the hopes of altering it to work on them, or pass through sensitive areas, before the teleporting tomorrow. Leyaeh, Ao, and Dawn begin to work on processing how to deal with the nanites that might have been compromised while giving Ulieah's new codes. Also Sammael brings up CHIP is nearly ready to be used.

In preparing a new diplomatic division for PAX since things are changing, Erevis hires Thomas Aduxley to give him a second chance, working him not to mess up again. She assigns him the job of finding new diplomats, such as Athena and Ulieah, and to work on getting the diplomatic tower reconverted for the new layout, which will give those there soverign nation like status as long as they remain there. Thomas immediately hires Paladin for the job as well, who becomes a citizen after his disgust with the EarthGov ways has grown too much. Yasha also learns Shretrav is still alive using the hints she found back at her home on the Tsivrixsh Homeworld, coming face to face with the woman.

Back on Earth, Cheryl's team works it's way through the thick, heated Amazonian jungle. Miyuki, having given a cryptic warning before they left about sensing some trouble, remains behind at the base to deal with her secretary duties for Cheryl, and the fact the PAX is reaching critical levels. However, along the way, the team half-wonders if the trouble is from Kasha, who has snuck aboard to follow and join them, with Cheryl relenting and allowing her to come along. Along the way, though, they are attacked and Cheryl is attacked after her whip fails to form, having been slowly shorting out more and more since getting pregnated; the team gives chase through various traps set up by Steel. As they do, they fall into the river where Cypher arrives in raft form to help them navigate it toward Steel's base.

While the diplomatic team, along with Ao, gives Kyun and his people their nanite shots, the tower is attacked by the Order, claiming the Tsivrixsh have become traitors. A battle breaks out with Kyun aiding the diplomats - Thomas, Athena, Ulieah - and others as the Order recklessly strikes out. After the battle, with some like Athena being injured, Kyun searches the bodies and finds a Cartel comm, stating they are to blame for this. During all this, Shretrav and Yasha discuss Kyun remaining aboard, with the former warming the latter that the Tsivrixsh will stay close to the technology he craves until he is sure he can seize it.

An attack begins on engineering finally, alarms going off, as the Order finds a way to bypass the security barriers with the stolen nanites. Leyaeh orders her people to push up the teleporting date to this day and to get everyone who is staying their nanite shots before it's too late, before heading to prepare for the battle taking place. Yasha, receiving the message, hurriedly gets Shretrav to follow her to get a shot before it's too late. The battle in engineering begins to go very differently, with the Order taking weapons from security so they can't be shot instead of trying to outright kill them like in the Diplomat Tower. As everyone from the PAX gathers to defend Isis, Robb, and Sammael, as well as the core, a bloody battle ensues. Even Miyuki arrives, not about to let her lover come to harm.

Back on Earth, though, the team travels through the Cypher Sub, which transformed from the raft, toward the base. As they break in, the self-destruct begins and the team finds Cheryl's dead body on the ground, to Curali's horror. Angelos teleports Curali and others out, making them leave before the base explodes, or even before the countdown has even fully begun. Curali demands she be allowed back in, not believing that body to be really Cheryl's. A minute later, the team watches the base explode and they sorrowfully head back to base with the body, informing Lemon and Chii what has happened and Peter planning to have Lemon take her place, ordering no one to state that Cheryl is dead.

Once they arrive, Lemon states that Cheryl cannot be dead and that a rescue team must be formed; Vodka takes the body for an autopsy while Lemon explains that Chii is alive and therefore cannot she cannot be dead, for Chii would be dead. Vodka confirms it by stating the clone job was damn good but whoever did it didn't know Cheryl was pregnant for this body didn't show signs of a pregnancy recently. Chii decides to involve Lorelei, despite not wanting to, due to her unique powers and ability to find her mother, and gives her over to the team to use to locate Cheryl. The tiny kitsune points the way to go as they board the shuttle.

As the battle rages on, Miyuki defends Isis from a fatal blow, while others heal her to keep her going while they work on protecting the Core and bringing CHIP online, his programming going through a start up process. The team ruthlessly cuts down the terrorists, with the Order claiming them to be killers. As they work to defend each other, Jennifer keeping terrorists from carrying off Athena, Dawn saving Thomas from falling into the core, Kasha arriving after hearing about the crisis from the base and opting to come there instead of finding Cheryl, they slowly manage to hold them off long enough for CHIP to reboot online. At that moment, Shretrav barely manages to get a nanite shot from Aya with Yasha before CHIP teleports everyone off the ship without the nanites, including the Cartel; though not fully operational, and perhaps never will be, CHIP is back - with various voice problems. He warns them that there is some in the life support tower and the shielding is preventing him from locking on to them and he needs them to bring it down. The battle continues there, where they find the Order trying to take out the lifesupport so that the PAX can 'one day be recovered by the worthy'. Miyuki, using her giant wolf monster form, makes quick work of many of them, giving Isis the time she needs to bring shielding down and Robb to bring life support back up, ending the crisis for good.

However, Dawn gets a warning message that Aya is suffering a bleed from her vagina due to the stress of the situation having complications on her being pregnant. Despite it breaking Aya's heart that she can't give birth herself, in order to save the 3 month growing fetus, is put into a machine to help it grow properly, much like with Jaime and James from Erevis.

On Earth, the team has flown to an island south of the South American State Zone, where they bust in and free Cheryl from a soldier with a gun to her head. Once freed, Cheryl vows she will find the main lab one day, be it a month or a year from now.

Over the Gap:

Over the ensuing months, some notable events occured, the first and foremost was that of the springing love between Isis, Miyuki and Kasha. Miyuki was given the blessings of Isis' mothers to marry her through a series of offerings to show her desire to mate with Isis. This consequently led Erevis to discover the value of shiney stones and increased her plans to mine out places the PAX could find for resources to fund the Empire.

Katrina and Mem grew much closer, over the months they went from casual girlfriends to full on lovers. Mem began to soften up, as all but she would come to say, accepting a growing family and giving Katrina one in the sudden absence that Marcus left when he abandoned the family.

Stardate: 10-592.6.1 - 10-592.6.30

Month 2: Guardia Arc

When a citizen becomes trapped in a simulation of a medieval world that the team cannot shut down, they try to enter one by one to find a way to stop the program, or at least meet it's parimeters. Each become trapped and forget their identities, becoming part of the program's settings, no longer even remembering why they are there. As their teammates work desperately to get them out, each entering with new tactics and failing, a month real time slowly stretches out to be a year in the simulation. Stardate: 10-592.8.1 - 10-592.8.5

Month 4: Assassination Arc

Stardate: 10-592.8.3

Hale takes Chris, Kasha, Miyuki, Lisa, and Tabetha out to celebrate Chris's first official day allowed out of the mansion. All goes well as they plan the day's events, Hale wanting to take Chris to a strip club, but then getting talked out of it, going for Gelatos instead. As they eat their frozen treats, Tabetha overhears the minds of some rather unsavory characters. As Lisa throws a shield up to protect them, Hale orders Miyuki and Kasha to take Chris and get out of there, dealing with the snipers Tabetha overheard themselves. As the snipers go down due to the team's coordinated efforts, Miyuki and Kasha rush Chris to a nearby alley, where they are ambushed.

As the group regathers, Miyuki wakes up to see Chris is gone, but otherwise nothing bad has happened. Thanks to her and Kasha's thinking, they manage to track the kidnappers down. Hale calls for assistnace from Cheryl, who sends him a shuttle for them to chase the kidnappers down. They track them to a parking garage, however, due to the assassins' clever plan of spraypainting the security cameras, they are left with three trucks to follow. With Tabetha's help, they are able to get a beat on Chris after only one wrong choice. Peter, who came along in the shuttle, manages to get the truck to pull to the side.

The kidnapper steps out, a gun to Chris's head. Due to several complex mechanisms, if the kidnapper releases his grip on the gun, or pulls it too tight, it will fire, causing the team to get to a standstill. All the kidnapper demands is a trade, one Hale for another. Hale agrees, wanting who would go through so much trouble to not send one, but two assassin units to take him alive. The trade is made, and Hale is knocked out with chloroform.

The kidnapper tries to lose the team again, however, thanks to their inginuity, they never get too far behind. Several drops are made to try and shake off any followers, but thanks to the unknown element in the kidnappers' plan, Hale's newly forged bond with Em, they are able to keep up with him as he occasionally gains consciousness. They soon follow him to a dilapidated looking building in a bad part of Mega City, with several additions not on the original schematics of the building.

Ash gets, and then subsequently loses, permission to go on a rescue mission, Cheryl feeling that he was too much of a wild card to trust after some ill-said words. Angela, however, goes along with, and Peter contacts Hale's old unit, Wraith squad, to join in. The only two members who remember Hale from before, however, are the only ones who voulenteer to show up. Ghost and Ghoul provide a distraction and a chokepoint for the gang to only come out one way. Angela ripples the team directly to the man in charge of the operation, a gang leader Hale used to run with before his days in EarthGOV, a man named Reddart.

Reddart makes a break for it as his guards take care of the rest of the party. However, due to Em's speed, she prevents him from escaping and manages to wound him enough to stop him from running. However, as he runs, he gets a lucky blindfire shot and pegs Em right in the chest. Hale gets angry and headbutts him, breaking Reddart's nose. Meanwhile, the team easily dispatches Reddart's guards, but then they hear an odd crashing sound. A giant of a man crashes through the wall, sending some debris towards Peter and punching Miyuki square in the stomach, causing her to go flying.

As Em bleeds out, Hale manages to disarm Reddart and kick the gun he was using towards Em. However, Em doesn't take it, and Reddart rushes over to try and retrieve it. Em then tries to strike, but Reddart barely manages to dodge her attack. He slaps her in defiance, and she tries slapping back, but he manages to grab onto her wrist. Meanwhile, the team tries to bring down the musclebound man, but it goes poorly for them. Angela uses ripples in the middle of his legs to sever them, but he still manages to grab her and throw her into Peter. However, he goes down when a joint effort between Miyuki and Tabetha break his neck, the freak finally going down at last.

Due to some poorly put words on Reddart's part, he's beat to submission by the party, Hale's rage very clear. However, they take him alive. Peter contacts Ghoul and Ghost, and they confirm that the hostiles above have been cleared. Everyone heads back to the shuttle to head back to the mansion, Em feeling like a failure despite Miyuki's and Hale's reassurances. When they get back and are checked over, Miyuki and Cheryl go baby clothing shopping while Hale and Peter interrogate Reddart. Reddart was working for the Others, and wanted Hale as a right hand man like in the old days, and was willing to get a telepath to wipe his mind and implant false memories, but keeping his skills in tact.

Month 5: Atlean Arc

Ethan is invited home by his parents, so he manages to talk Tamara and Stacey into following. Once learning they are going, Ulieah also worms her way into the journey, and the four travel through the teleporters since the Atleans remain trade allies so far. Tamara, though, seems to have every intention of embarrassing Ethan along the way, wearing a gothic lolita outfit and searching his room for embarrassing things, and then talking about things at the dinner table.

Month 6: Kitsune Arc

The Legends behing Miyuki amd Kasha's births become all too real when Midori comes back and means to take Miyuki and Kasha for herself. Cheryl, pregnant and worried, along with her team and several guests from the PAX storm after her once she has taken Miyuki with an army of Kitsune soldiers. The group fights their way through a series of challenges and illusions and into a deep pit under and old temple. Here Midori attempts to come back to power through the sacrifice of Miyuki.

Erevis, seeing reality itself tearing apart to make this come true, brings out the Emerald Sword and gives it to Tabetha, who uses it to slice Midori out of the fabric of existance, she misses, however, it forces Midori into the space between realities, collapsing herself and the temple they're in with it. The group escapes in the knick of time and returns home to lick their wounds. A survivor of the revival, Tonbo, joins the group as another little rascal running around the mansion.

Stardate: 10-592.11.1 - 10-592.11.14

Month 7: Politics Arc

Thomas Aduxley stupidly goes to the Tsivrixsh Empire's homeworld without guards in order to follow some leads on the Order, despite Erevis and Leyaeh's objections. Once there, he fails to make contact so 1 day later, Erevis calls forth the Rescue Thomas Aduxley Squad, RTAS, and they get permission from Ambassador Kyun to travel over. Ao, Justice, Rin, Jennifer, Robb, Sammael, and Leyaeh all travel over.

Once there, they meet with Triatrav, who Kyun had arrive to meet them and bring them up to speed, and she assigns them to follow an officer to where Thomas was last known to be seen, at some bar. The city, always in darkness, with tall black buildings with green lights, is a very intimidating place and the people there not friendly, but they manage to arrive at the bar, where the bartender is not helpful at all. After ripping the information from his mind, Ao leads them to a warehouse where they find 30 Order members and some prisoners. After a brief battle, they manage to learn from one of the prisoner's minds that Thomas was taken back to Earth somehow to the city of Chi'Bah'Jhing. How they managed to teleport him through the Earth checkpoints is unknown, but they have a location finally.

Month 7 Extra: Foxes Arc

Kasha continues to fall unconscious more and more lately, worrying Miyuki enough to take her to the medical bay. Once there, they learn from Jennifer that nothing is wrong with her medically and it must be something else: Mir. Deciding she has to face things finally, Miyuki gathers those who she believes can help her: Elwyn, Billy, Freyja, Isis, Chii, Cheryl, Lorelei, Iceheart, Erevis, and Amaterasu. After discussing things, Freyja attempts to enter a few of them into her soul but it fails to her surprise. Finally, Kasha begins to speak and give Miyuki the clue she needs, using the mirror.

Stepping through the mirror to everyone's shock, Miyuki vanishes, and Isis leaps after her. Erevis then does the same, as well as Kasha, Ash, Billy, Elwyn, Ama, and Hale. Once there they find themselves at the shrine that Miyuki and Kasha were born at and promptly attacked by some sort of shadowy creature. After a moment, Erevis bows her head and asks for permission to enter and that they do not havetime to play. The creature becomes the kitsune's grandmother, Sumire. After greeting, Sumiere promises to train them, giving each of them tasks - Elwyn under a waterfall, Miyuki to do spiritual training, Erevis hiaku reading.

Stardate: 10-592.12.1

Session 206: 8 Months Later

The population on the PAX, the flagship of the Suisen Empire, has grown to 40,000 over the past 8 months with a steady increase every few weeks, and new races allying every day. With several minor races and the Famfrits offical members of the Suisen Empire, and many minor races being trading partners like the Tsivrixsh Empire every day, the ship has begun to prosper, unlike the Cartel who's communications have vanished a month ago after a spike of Order activity on their planets. Also, Erevis and Amaterasu have grown closer as lovers and it is obvious that they are getting closer when she proposes to her and she accepts. With CHIP doing better these days, security is more tightened, and Thomas and Paladin continue to do good work with the diplomacy and bringing in new races as trade partners. Erevis brings up that President Darien Starr has pretended to take a stance against the PAX to gain more power but sent her a private letter than it was a ploy. And Isis informs her that they will be ready to test Megumi's gate technology very soon.

During all this, Freyja finally goes into labor much to Iceheart's dismay who begins to pace like a worried father as everyone gathers to witness the event, like Lorelei who peeks between Freyja's legs and freaks at the sight. Freyja, channeling her inner Chii, even manages to freak out Iceheart a little. Kasha announces to Miyuki and Isis that she is not having a baby now after witnessing this and Miyuki wondering what it will be like to have Tonbu and deciding that she will face giving birth like a battlefield, and Isis agrees, even while Lorelei and others freak as little Elwyn begins to come out.

Suddenly, as baby Elwyn is coming out, a figure swoops in and takes her, cutting the cord and laughing evilly; Billy is found holding the baby that will grow up to be her lover. Declaring she will teach her young who the boss is, little Elwyn yanks her tail and ends that quickly, so Billy gives her back to Freyja. They give her dual citizenship on the PAX and on Earth. Caduceus, who has been aiding things since helping with Athena, takes one look at the baby and leaves.

On Earth, the last 8 months have been a little different, with a recession settling in since they have lost most of their trade with their own planets and colonies and having to charge to use teleporters; this has led to the Senate weakening and the Order gaining power. Darien, taking advantage of it, states he was against the PAX's economy plans and is using his own fortune to fund new technologies to help end the recession, bringing him from dead end least favorite President in the last 100 years to moderate. Also, laying low so far, there has been no sign of General Steel nor the Dragoon Army he is trying to build. However, the Senate so far is keeping Cheryl's unit busy the past month looking into the Order, which they fear, and debating sending them to investigate the Cartella Homeworld to find out if the Order has completely taken over there due to lack of communications.

Currently, Cheryl and her unit are set up outside the Senate Building, keeping back a demonstration by the Fellowship of Order. Despite being fully pregnant, and her team wondering why she is working, Cheryl announces she can't afford to show any weakness lest they try to replace her as Supreme General of EarthGov during her 'birthing leave'. While Peter and Del keep their scopes on the crowd, John proposes to Key to her surprise. But the tense air breaks when an attack is launched against the Senate Building and the team has to deal with terrorists in the crowd. After a seemingly well placed attack, which Josephine and those on the ground barely escape while they use their resources to overpower them, they watch from the air in the shuttle Curali flies in, having become a good pilot, and use the shuttle's defenses on the terrorists. Once on the shuttle, Key accepts John's proposal. However, they have another problem: men that weren't part of the crowd nabbed Cheryl during the chaos.

Chii, on the PAX, is struck with wracking pain due to the events happening to Cheryl, surprising all those in medical bay. Lorelei tells them that Cheryl just used a lot of power to do something. Chii looks pissed, saying Cheryl used her powers to alter their bond enough not to kill her despite Chii telling her not to do so, but that something else happened too. Attempting to contact the shuttle, they hear Curali mention a ship having wings before the line goes dead. The Others seem to be on Earth. Those in the medical bay begin to prepare to go - at least those who can - and they hurry to head down to Earth with a unit, Erevis leading the charge and not about to let the Others get away with hurting their friends and family.

Arriving at the base, the PAX people are met with Lemon Mizukazi who looks great for having had a kid the previous month, and she quickly brings them up to speed with what they know. She also tells Elwyn she will need her abilities to help find the baby in Cheryl if all else fails, so Elwyn comes along while Lemon flies with Shretrav, who plans to learn Earth technology. During all this, Curali's shuttle does battle with an EarthGov shuttle with wings, an apparant hybrid. Flying over London, the city that is over the water with giant pillars, they do battle in and out of the city pillar and buildings. Using Betas to slow the shuttle down, Del and Hale and Josephine hook line down to the enemy shuttle. Finding Angelos, who had run off to find Cheryl, pinned in there with robots, they battle it after it crashes into a building and rescue him before the shuttle explodes, rippling out. One good news: they managed to get the shuttle's black box first.

Lemon's shuttle arrives at the location of another shuttle where they find Angelus and two strange men who form into a Dragoon Mechs. Doing battle with them while Angelus escapes, Isis and Miyuki manage to locate a young girl who looks a bit like Lorelei without the fox ears and tail and they manage to get her away. Angelus retreats and one of the dragoon mechs explodes while the other leaves as well. Shretrav tells Yasha they might finally have a break as they go through the shuttle remains and the dragoon mech remains, asking that Cheryl's team keep them in the loop on what they find since it can't be taken to the PAX, since the dragoon men had silverish blood like Others.

Lemon tells them the six year old girl they found is in fact Cheryl after all. Lemon explains the bond with Chii is intact, just not working right due to her age and that's why Chii thought it was broken for a moment. However, as Mem points out, Cheryl is not pregnant. With Erevis injured and the team confused, they head back to PAX, where Megumi, who has been working hard in her lab, has her water break during all this nonsense, much to her chargin since Erevis is in the medical bay. Also, Cheryl seems to have no memories past the age of six and thinks Angelos is actually General Cran, and acts like her old self - the weapon again, much to Miyuki's sadness and frustration. Angelos and Miyuki decide to work on teaching Cheryl to act like a normal girl until this is reversed. Chii, deciding to deage herself to child age, works on Cheryl as well, deciding sexual molestation is the way to go. So while they get Megumi ready for a long, long labor, the team is left with one other question: where is the baby that was in Cheryl if she's a kid now?

Also, Mem asks Katrina to go with her to Cartella the homeworld, leading some to believe Mem plans to get into a fight there. And later that night Megumi gives birth to baby Lenneth, who immediately appears to be bright and intelligent.

Stardate: 10-592.12.2

Session 207: Look Who's Born Now

Katrina and Mem head out for Cartella, while the young Cheryl tries to figure out the date, suspicions running high after being on the PAX for a day. While Angelos and Miyuki talk to her about things regarding herself and the world around her, Caduceus finishes the autopsy on the body they were given of the Dragoon/Other Hybrid from the other day. He demonstrates their blood is made of lead by handing a jar of it to Ethan and making him collapse to the floor from the weight. When asked by Erevis how long could such a creature live, Caduceus responds that the hybrids will not live long due to a quick creation job - a human mixed with Other and Dragoon DNA - and they'll need a true Other body to learn more. Caduceus then demonstrates their wings are more durable than most metals, whacking Ethan across the room with a feather. He states that likely other hybrids will be 3x stronger than any of them and that they were lucky to fight the rejected ones based on his analysis, suggesting in the next battle to use magnets. After the meeting, Ao reports that Katrina and Mem have left for Cartella, to everyone's shock and dismay, assuming Mem wanted to go to fight the Order there. Despite everyone wanting the PAX to jump to the Cartella System right away, Erevis states they cannot due to their schedule and it being an act of war and that she cannot even send an offical PAX shuttle - so she gives them an old reject that was found laying around with a Light Engine installed. While a group prepares to follow, Miyuki tries to get Cheryl to remember what happened to the baby inside her and to remember her true self, to the youngster's annoyance.

President Darien arrives at the mansion base to inform Lemon, posing as a pregnant Cheryl, that his sources tell him that Steel's Black Ops Unit is planning to hit the convoy with the shuttle parts from yesterday's battle - and steal them. Josephine, Peter, Tabetha, Em, Angela, Del, and Curali fly out to intercept it.

Back on the PAX, those preparing to go to the Cartella begin to board the shuttle, with Shretrav, Tamara, Ulieah, Yasha, Thomas, Typhoon, Robb, Theron, and Gem, Cheryl continues to try to remember what she forgot while she eyes Chii. Isis makes conversation with Miyuki about Amaterasu moving in while Lenneth floats about on a medical drone, seemingly hanging about everywhere, until she mysterious vanishes while Isis is distracted trying to cheer up Miyuki, who still suffers depression and scars from the events with Midori; but her distraction comes in the form of Miyuki handing her a small box with an engagement ring from Miyuki and Kasha. During all this, though, everyone is surprised when Cheryl, trying to access the bond with Chii, causes Chii to glow in pain and become pregnant somehow, to everyone's surprise. And then more so when she goes into labor. When the shuttle with those going to Cartella take off, a certain drone begins to bump against Thomas' head, though it takes him forever to look back. It seems they got a hitchhiker in the form of Lenneth - and Ako and Iko.

On Earth, the shuttle closes in on the convoy when the bridge they are crossing explodes with the force of a nuclear like explosion, vaporizing it. The shockwave hits the shuttle and sends them into a spinning spiral downward as the power shuts off. As they begin to plummet into the dark cloud of the explosion, the systems reboot from the EMP and Curali is able to get them out of the nose dive. Everyone detoxes inside the shuttle in the event of radiation as they head down to investigate the area.

Arriving in the Cartella System, they just realize as Thomas looks around that Lenneth is on the shuttle, as well as Ako and Iko who claim they came along to protect the baby Lenneth. Gem informs they cannot go back home yet due to the Light Engine needing a cool down period so they can only proceed forward with the mission, preparing to use the asteroids as cover to get in closer. Back on the PAX, Erevis drags Jennifer, who was supposed to be helping watch Lenneth with Isis - seeing as Jennifer was doing doctor things for the baby, before Megumi to explain what happened. Erevis, by her own logic, that since they are with Thomas Aduxley, who has bad luck, they must save them from that luck by gathering the Rescue Thomas Aduxley Squad. Amaterasu offers to help by using her powers of teleportation with the sun so they gather their stuff to get in a shuttle to go.

Meanwhile, on Earth, the dragoons of the team return from exploring the smokey, radioactive area of the explosion. Curali inform them that everything is destroyed - the timing of the explosives was perfectly set. While preparing to go back, Del, listening to his radio like a jackass, begins to get bleedthrough transmissions from the enemy talking about phase 2 and power of the gods, 15, 2 children remaining, and Sen ynn. Doing some quick searching they find the names of 5 senators that could be ynn: Lynnwood, Dynn, Ynnmette, Di'jinn, and Red Harynn. Darien states he'll look into them and good work.

The 'find Mem and Katrina' shuttle arrives on Cartella and lands, trying to blend in. Using Tamara to search out Billy, since Mem and Katrina took Iceheart and Freyja's ship with Billy/Elwyn piloting it, the group prepares to head out to find the ship, while Erevis, Megumi, Zephyr, Jennifer, Isis, Miyuki, and Ama arrive in a fake rock asteroid that houses their ship, arriving from the sun with Ama's powers as they at the ocean and prepare to head out. And on the PAX, Chii curses in anger from the labor while Cheryl watch in awe, Freyja and Iceheart giving them support this time; even Benjamin shows up to witness it. Finally, the baby comes out into Cheryl's arms and she mutters she remembers before passing out.

Session 208: Gambles

The capital city of the Cartella Planet, primary planet of the Cartel, looks run down and dirty, as if no one is paying to take care of it anymore, and the team finds long lines waiting for the free food, businesses that are making inferior products due to hiring anyone who needs a job, and much more to disturb them. Finding the cloaked ship with Billy and Elwyn, Billy informs them that Mem and Katrina went to some underground casino club run by Shiva Seventies and so they head out to find it, Loki showing them the way for a favor: freeing the Cartel planets and making sure he gets some of the tech to help him do it. The group signs, by adds a clause that doesn't say when they have to give the tech; with that Loki leads them to them to the casino area. During this they meet with Erevis' team, who is both relieved to see her daughters fine, but also deadpanned at the state of affairs taking place on the planet and the fact Loki knows she brought down hyperspace to stop the Others.

Back on Earth, the group works through the names of the 5 senators, each of them having different things they support: some open for Steel, others for Alexander Cran before he died. They all agree just because things are what they seem that doesn't mean any of the five can't be the target and that they must look into it more; during all this, Angela announces that people think she and Darien are dating and Curali says outloud that she and Angela are dating and that is nonsense, much to Darien's surprise, unaware that Curali is 'dating' Angela in order to train her, or to get back at Eluere for having Robert Steel as a boyfriend.

Arriving at the casino, they find Mem and Katrina not out to fight the Order, but actually getting married by Shiva; and Mem is not happy they've arrived to disturb the secret ceremony. When Jennifer brings up they all hurried here because Ulieah freaked out hearing Katrina and Mem came after losing Naone so long ago to the Cartel, Shiva announces that Naone is on the planet now and working for the Order - and is one of the few female Lt. Generals. Shiva takes the moment to touch Yasha, since her future seeing powers work by touch and she begins to say: You will lead a great army of your fellow Erusians against winged enemies - and if you do not slay the serpent in your own midsts before you do so, you will die. Also, you will try to beat the Order - and you will fail. They are too numerouis and their ideas too zealous. You can only contain them. Suddenly Zephyr grabs her face and announces that Ako, who is off with Ulieah and a few others, saw something that made her really happy, then made her extremely upset. They conclude she ran into Naone and hurry out.

Arriving at the same location as the other group, they are ambushed by Order soldiers led by Naone and a big battle breaks out as Naone coldly tries to have them captured, or taken down, much to Ulieah's dismay. When Gem is hurt, though, she springs into action to help the team repel the soldiers and try to escape. Using Iceheart's ship, they all try to get up the ramp and escape, though there are some hiccups, like with Zephyr and Megumi, who barely get in the ship in time while zooming through the air damaged. Once all are aboard, Ama uses the sun to get them back to the PAX, with Zephyr in critical.

At the PAX, Aurica, with her white hair and yellow, but human eyes, looks at Chii with interest, having no kitsune features like Lorelei did. Cheryl, also, has her memory back, stating she did the only thing she could think of doing when they tried to cut Aurica out of her - hiding her and stopping them from using her, which backfired into her deaging. The rescue team arrives and Ethan manages to heal Zephyr out of critical in time. With things at a lull, Cheryl asks Lorelei to help her reage herself, to which Lorelei demands lots of love and attention and presents.

Stardate: 10-592.12.5

Session 209: Moles

Cheryl puts together a large team for a new mission. Using her younger form to her advantage, she and the others attend an enviromental meeting where Darien Starr will be speaking. The event is attractive to the group as most of the major players in the senatorial game will be present, the foundation supporting it being one that Alexander Cran set up ages ago, the Steel supporters who were close to the Cran family are all in attendance. Believing one of the senators to be the mole working with Angelus and Steel, the group hopes to uncover which one it in fact is.

Attending the event, only a few show up in uniform, acting as bodyguards and peace keepers. Lemon plays the role of Cheryl while Cheryl plays a waitress with Kumiko, X, Miyuki and Kasha. Angela plays the secretary of one of Darien's friends. Josephine, Hale, Peter, Del, Em, Curali, and Eluere attend as officers. Miyuki attracts the attentions of Sentator D'jinn, Angela talks to Senator Lynnwood, Dynn is kept busy for a short time by Josephine and Ynmette is trailed by Hale.

Dynn makes an early exit while Kumiko flirts with Red Harynn. People begin to sit for the speeches and Eluere notices a flashing under Darien's seat. However, she does not put two and two together at the time, daydreaming about that sexy Robert Steel. Darien's seat explodes sending him flying, and Order troops rush in to attack. Kumiko and Angela rush to Darien's aid and ripple him out to the safety of a hospital as the rest of the group combats the Order.

Del outside sees that Dynn is making a get away as shuttles are destroyed and takes out his leg. He moves to get Dynn and his datapad which seems to be counting down. Angela's Betas save Del from Order rockets and they see the countdown for only a few minutes. Peter orders a full evacuation and the group rushes to get people to safety and on shuttles. Finding X missing, Em is sent out with her super speed to locate X, the two ripple to safety and the timer ends... announcing the end of the Mega City Bowl.

Having been tricked, the group heads back to the mansion and hospital to report, as Josephine, having gotten on Harynn's shuttle, rides with her to the executive building.

Meanwhile on the PAX, the group holds a meeting and decides to begin supplying and building a fleet against the others by raiding shipyards that would have been abandoned when Hyperspace was destroyed. They begin with Cartel and EarthGov shipyards, Ariel agreeing to give them EarthGov data in exchange for friendship time with Erevis.

The team on Earth puts clues together and determines that either D'jinn or Harynn must have been the bomber, all evidence suggesting the bomber would have known it was going off, and the two having moved preemphatively to avoid problems at the time. Josephine meets up with the crew as they come to the executive building and they move in to arrest Harynn. As they do, X and some other civilians raid Harynn's shuttle for clues and find evidence of her being paid off to do the bombing.

The group readies themselves at her door and prepare to make the arrest.

Stardate: 10-592.12.6

Session 210: Transitions II

Making the arrest, the group sits in a new meeting. After keeping the woman from resting or eating for a day, the team has a new problem, Harynn wants her lawyer. Tabetha volunteers to do the interrogation. Moving down to the brig, Tabetha attempts to appear to Harynn's better intentions. Closing everyone off from observation, Tabetha speaks frankly, pushing Harynn to consider the dangers of what Steel is doing.

Harynn finally gives in, identifying a woman who works for her, Geneva, as the only one who could have planted the datapad on her. Thuogh she doesn't believe it possible for the woman to have done so. Tabetha gets Harynn her lawyer and arranges a place for Harynn to eat and rest up. They drop the charges and go after Geneva.

Peter and Josephine lead the teams in, Cheryl waiting outside as the group goes into Geneva's apartment to arrest her. They're met with a stun grenade and a runner. Peter and Josephine give chase while Del looks around the apartment, finding the burning evidence of a datapad. As he recovers it, Geneva busts out of a second story window with a motorcycle, driving off, Cheryl persues, however, the chase ends as the bike explodes mysteriously, killing Geneva and their lead on Steel.

Taking what evidence they can, the group returns home, defeated, but only for now.

Stardate: 10-592.12.7

Erevis looks over the newly captured fleet, after some deliberation with her advisors, she chooses to have all tactical data deleted from the systems in order to play fair. The PAX begins converting the ships to their tech to be used against the others. Meanwhile on Earth, Angela and Tabetha work on recovering the hard drive of the burnt datapad, while others inspect the body and other evidence to lead them to Steel.

Before Christmas Eve, Leyaeh confronted Mem and attempted to test her temper to see if she was safe to be allowed to continue to stay in the PAX. An argument quickly turned into a sex session in one of the booths, as Mem dominated Leyaeh to put her in her place. Leyaeh, used to this sort of lust, allowed it to happen and seemed unphased by the idea that she had made love to another woman. However, Ao did not take it as lightly and broke up with Leyaeh, which in turn broke Leyaeh entirely.

After settling in, Leyaeh returned on Christmas Eve to talk with Ao, and the two managed to mend their wounds, however, Ao allowed the relationship to reform only if Leyaeh would accept the role of the submissive, and Leyaeh accepted.
