Abilities
[Primary Move] Incinerate: Can shoot a blast of fire from his palm and can be focused down to a beam or released like a shotgun blast.

[Secondary Move] Rocket Boost: Rocket tubes on the elbows, back, and feet. Can be launched from the elbows to deliver a massive punch. Can be charged up to deliver and more powerful strike but it takes him out of a few rounds of combat. Can use the Feet rockets to launch powerful kicks and combined with the back rockets to leap tall bounds and have limited flight if he has the energy to maintain it.

[Tertiary Move] Salamander Joint: Bix uses his Spirit Form briefly and joins with Salamander, gaining access to Salamander's abilities for a brief time, able to hurl Fire Attacks without draining his other abilities. However, once the joint venture ends, it leaves him drained and tired, his body aching.

Background History
Bix stands for Brigadoon 9, which is his designation. In all technicalities he is a Biotect, but there are some key differences. One, he wasn’t built to the same spec as the other biotect mark classifications. Early on in Biotect development his creator decided that the path of development, in that they were built for menial tasks or pleasure, was not a path that he wanted his developments to go toward. Instead he pushed more for a militaristic based unit. Bix is the 9th iteration of that goal and while one would think that he would be very advanced, due to his creator’s financial limitations he’s probably only in line with a mark 5 or 6 of the regular biotects. His eyes are a yellow iris with black around them and his chest to his neck are exposed mechanical parts. Before the great freeze Bix was already put in stasis as his master worked to get enough funding to continue work on him, but then the invaders came and his master had to abandon everything in an effort to get offworld.
Now, the future freeze was averted and the duality worlds were merged with the prime universe. Bix was discovered by one of the settlements as they expanded out in the now revitalized world and was sent to Shion at the Alliance to be of use to them.
